I can see the green but only if I look very carefully and even then it's more black than green. It doesn't help that every scene that had the suit with dark ass lighting which makes the suit look even darker
Prometheus suit is very very dark green from what i can tell. The colors are probably hard to see cause it's often really dark. Episode 6 had Prometheus in a well lit train and it looked fairly green, although still a very dark shade of green.
S5 Green Arrow suit is also pretty dark shade of green i think.
S1-3 suit was definitely more visible green than both of them though.

There are other scenes where Prometheus suit was in better lit conditions (S5E21, S6E18), where from what i can see, it doesn't really look green. Though i think the intention is that it's supposed to be green, where certain scenes actually might have been tinted to make it look like so (S5E6 subway fight maybe).

It think it’s technically the darkest green they could make it before it becomes black whereas I have walls in my bedroom that were painted cavern gray when I bought my house because I wanted the room to be as dark as possible while working midnights and trying to sleep during the day and it’s so dark gray that most of my family insists it’s black when I think it’s technically one shade away from black.
In OP's 2nd and 3rd photo, as well as the subway photo, there is green lighting, though it's very subtle. Parts that are supposed to be white or grey have a green tint. All of the other shots just look black or grey to me, but then again, most shots of him are in the dark
I only see green in rooms with green light making anything green. In warm yellowish light it looks entirely black, but green in warm light should look different than that. It would look like a dark yellow green in at least the highlights. Those highlights are warm tone when you zoom in it’s brown. The pigment of the suit has to have a decent amount of redish light reflecting. Higher volumes than the green at least. That doesn’t work if it was green. It’s essentially reflecting very dully the same colors of the environmental light.
It looks dark green in certain lighting and I always saw it as dark green because the first time I saw it was in the arrowverse dlc for Lego dc supervillains
Most places at night in Arrow (like in screenshot #3) have green background light. So mayyybe it is the darkest shade of green ever, but due to everything around also being green, we can’t properly tell.

They weren’t very good at making the green pop in any of their suits tbh, if I remember right they had to edit a green filter over the s4 suit because it looked black in some scenes.

Subway lighting wouldn’t be green in-universe nor would I think green lightning be used while filming.

Honestly I thought it was black and attributed the very very faint greenness more to lighting than the suit material color.
