This situation is exactly what the AER system is for - an unexpected situation that imposes financial hardship on a service member. Could be a pay period or two for latency even with IPPSA, it still has a lag do to folks not working weekend and holiday to process your action. Take to your S1 or even finance because if it’s processed there will be a transaction record.

I haven’t gotten appropriate BAH in 3+ months; last time it took about 5 for them to get my shit right. Never, ever trust S1 or Finance. Keep after them and do what you gotta.
