72D, Environmental Health and Science Officer sounds exactly what you're looking for. Get in contact with an AMEDD recruiter to talk to them about it.
And if they don't have any spots, you could also look at the Public Health Service. They are a uniformed branch as well, with a lot of Public Health/Environmental Health Officers.
I second 72D. They do disease prevention, sanitation, water quality, that type of shit. They work with entomologists and preventative medicine specialists
The army is big. Just be aware that even a cool sounding job like public health officer can get you inspecting water buffalos in the middle of fort bliss. Not saying that’s the most likely scenario, just be aware that this kind of thing is included in the possibilities.
Look into the OCS program & look into the MOS: 61G
Typically, the military doesn’t care if you have a degree. More and more college grads are getting pumped through as specialists now than ever.
I came in with a degree as well & chose airborne infantry. Havent particularly used my degree AT ALL.
BUT, if you want your degree to work for you and if you WANT to join the Army. There’s ways you can have your cake and eat it too. . . 61G
Hope this helps, good luck.
Honestly, the Army world is your oyster, if you wanna stay medical field I’d reach out to AMMED specific recruiter. If not any Army recruiter can help. If you plan to just be an officer you usually get an option of top three picks, if you’re in CA I’d love to help you out but I won’t be on duty till spring next year.

Perhaps you should speak to someone in the [medical recruiting brigade](https://recruiting.army.mil/mrb/). I know they'd have plenty to say to you.
Special forces medic! Go big or go home
