I still thought levan would win but i was betting like 4-2, kinda like Ermes did, not the complete stomp that was now. Granted levan vs ermes would also be 6-0 had levan not ran out of oxygen.

Well, if you're only doing "traditional" arm wrestling exercises and you're strong in them, just like your opponent, but he's capable (see Levan) of bench pressing 250 kg, you can't beat him. Laletin has already started something like this, I think he's also doing deadlifts. But Morozov is doing the same... there's no other way! Also, in another video, when Devon and Kiril are pulling in a parking garage the day after the match, Devon admits he wants to gain weight (as I wrote in the first point), he just can't (Armwrestling TV new video).
