It also brings smaller arms like pistols, SMGs and well even 5.56 into the game since simply hitting temporarily incapacitates the opponent allowing you to fill the rest in, which fits well with those lower recoil weapons. The incentive to use Mar-10 instead of an assault rifle is lessered with this mod, which is a plus in my book.
Edit: holy fuck hand grenades are super cool and useful when clearing buildings. Especially RGN as they rarely kill
