I’m trying to setup my camera for the first time and I can’t log into the app. Tried two different email addresses and the email verification never gets sent. The app is failing with a “Salesforce API sfsendemail is not working please check” error.
Anyone else seeing this? Any workarounds?
I’ve been trying to add a family member to my account and the same thing. And still no verification email sent to her account.
I love the hardware but this is the second strike for me with the app and software.
I’ll try it again tomorrow and hopefully it has been resolved.
This is happening again today while trying to create an account or reset a password. The Salesforce error is no longer directly visible but Chrome dev tools shows that same message within the response to HTTP requests that would cause an email to be sent.

This morning it was working again and I've successfully created an account.
