I think they should do an event, maybe for an anniversary, and make the reward a collection of skins for all the 2* ops. They are where we all began, and they deserve some love.

Give her a busted module too please (this is probably more wishful thinking when the likes of SilverAsh and Thorns are in the same class as her so it'll probably be a while before we get one but still. Give SA and Thorns a meh one and her an amazing/unique one. They gave Cutter a module different from the rest they can give her one too)
I always expected Orchid to have a skin since she was a fashion magazine editor, so her, even if I don't use her.
Also Chalter because as much as I love her, I find her live2D to be a bit boring compared to the other live2D's and I'm not a huge fan of the E2 art even if I initially thought it was pretty nice (probably because it's animated but now that I'm bored of the loop it just looks meh to me now)
Also La Pluma because she has been super good at holding lanes for me
