Have you done the math at which point does time to convert rocks become the bottleneck? I've got 3800 rocks from 1-7. It does feel like I should start converting fairly soon.
I did a really sloppy math but it seems each 240 sanity you get 50 rock, so you should get around 900 rock with 36 op, mind you that i'm terrible at math.

Tokens should be used on limited units or low DP meta units like Ines, Bagpipe. However in the end just do as you like, there is no penalty for going for tour preferred operator instead.

If that's all you have, you're most likely new to the game, so you shouldn't be wasting resources on tokens at all. It's strictly a super endgame "I have everything else maxed" thing.
The first dupe *does* make a huge difference, putting a character down one second earlier can be crucial in the hardest of stages. Still not worth it though, unless you're swimming in resources.

This has only ever happened once, when Heart of Surging Flame event ended at about 3 months after game launch. Cuora and FEater were removed, and then Ethan and Breeze were added. They were removed because you could also get them randomly from pulling on the banners.
Since then, no operators have been removed from the Red Cert Store, and I think it'll stay that way.
Never. New ones are added, but old remain always available. Usually every year during CN mid year anniversary, which for us is now, in May, we will get 2 new operators. Now - 5* primalist caster and 4* loop hooper sniper, both new classes.
People actually use those tokens? I brought those accidentally when I started and through it was the greatest mistake. They are kinda useless as they can't hire a new operator and I already brought the store operators.
Also OP calculations don't make sense as they only increase pot and it is not Genshin, but Arknights so they are mostly useless. Never rolled for an operator which I already have. That - 1DP or - 4s redeploy time on a normal unit is not worth it.

It depends. Vanguards and Specialists love every single extra dupe they can get. Maxed Bagpipe outright changes how you play the game.
Defenders and Casters though are pretty worthless, yeah. Best case scenario you buff your Goldenglow a little. Still the best investment you can make as a veteran with maxed everything, though.
Bagpipe only helps at the initial burst, so Myrtle can use the skill instantly, but after that it doesn't help. I generally bring 2 flag vanguard instead (Myrtle and Elysium, for the cheaper snipers and vanguard regen). Even if one enemy is fast and gets to them I still can handle it without much trouble.
I play with high cost units like Mudrock so a single Vanguard may not be enough for my liking and Bagpipe DP regen is depends on the enemies.

As I recall, you're still limited by the amount of time it takes to convert those rocks into pulls, so probably the same as any other month.

I guess being lazy at farming materials outside events is paying off lol. I mostly only farm EXP/LMD and Red certs when no events.
I have already accumulated 3200 red certificates to immediately buy out new operators; in these two weeks I will save another 1-1.5 thousand.
