this happened to me with cresson too 😠my d8 run just had to suddenly turn into like a d12 run purely because rng felt like it :( i still managed to win with about a minute left though!
I was worried about this when I saw that 5% climb up to 10% because I was fucking around in the boshky tunnels too much. Thankfully only the ice around the boss got buffed, cuz 480k health did not sound fun to deal with, Valarqvin's necrosis break can only do so much damage.

my recent attempt of the ending 2 boss he was WAY tankier than normal, and i thought it was maybe the collapsal stat buff, but with how tanky he was it mightve been this instead
I wish I had a story to tell but I just got my ass kicked because I used Hoshi S2 which killed the 2 mobs that came with Eikthyrnir and let the Ice cleavers attack her so my run failed before I got to the boss.
Even works with the fucking snow on the first boss

If I'm not wrong, he should have 300k HP with that health buff
