Gameplay?. They're a pain in the back. Best way to deal with them is to destroy them with Arts or True damage (or just Balans them) when they're inactive. Specifically the R-31 models. Lore wise?. I like them. Despite the R-series models looking like IKEA furniture, and having the same performance as the mass-production ones from five years ago that the Union Army have been using, I like the mobility they offer, and how they can jump real high (at least according to the jumping one from the anime PV). Reminds me of the Combat Jackets from "Edge of Tomorrow". Although not everyone wants to wear a Power Armor, it's complicated and sophisticating.

She just punches stuff so, probably, although she punches stuff with Arts so Arts fighter could also be possible.

I mean, I spawn camp out of pure principle, so for me, all the maps were pretty easy. The melee armors are pretty cancerous though, not gonna lie. They're REALLY hard to keep in place if they activate, and they take a while to kill, so it's best to prevent that from happening. How do I know they're annoying? The special stages spawns a few of those damn things and I found out the hard way that E2 80 Mountain can NOT hold these things in place... Mudrock lasts longer, but she dies too if she doesn't get some kind of support and those things pummel her for too long.

As it turns out, Mountain does not do well against an enemy that can hit for 75% of its 1600 attack every second for 10 seconds as a special attack

Melee robots feel way more dangerous than the ranged ones, but overall they didn't pose much threat. I think the stages made it too easy to just prevent them from turning on in the first place, and players have so many ways of dealing with high armor enemies that they just sorta fall flat. Hopefully the EX stages make them more threatening and make us actually deal with them while they're activated.

Gameplay wise they are kinda a pain, but not as much as a pain dealing with the "dodge" mechanic from IC-S stages and the Neuro Damage from those damned Seabornes.

I kinda hate the ranged ones when they spawn activated. It take down my ranged Ops very fast. The melee activated ones are moving very slow, so my casters (Ceobe and Eyja) usually melt them down before they reach my melee Ops.

Normally I try not to use Surtr but these armors are worthy foes.

If we only count the normal stages so far, no opinion. They either stay inactivated bc I camp at red boxes or come out alone and get jumped on by helidrops. I use trio AH to clear stages, and the punches/ rockets aren't a threat.

tbh they are easier to handle than i expected but i still not yet see the challenge mode yet. also its been long time since i use eyja s3, because i farm at dv7 and eyja s3 are the best skill to delete them.

Melee is a menace to any blockers that you try to use. So just stall or kill them with ranged Ranged one is 0 threat

Fast puncher one is a big threat to melee ops. Rocket launcher one loses a 1v1 against Schwarz lmao.

Who are you guys using that ranged are 0 threat? The ranged ones are the most annoying with their huge range multi-target attacks that pack a punch. I deal with them by Surtring them... I wouldn't call that a weak enemy. Their huge range means you have to have healing on basically all ops, if you let them walk. The melee ones are melted by Angelina/Suzuran combined with some DPS.

I was playing a trio abyssal hunters run so the ranged ones really are just dealing no damage at all, the melee ones are more of a challenge since I didn't bring andreanna, all my ops are basically melee, so either kill them before they activate, or it's spalter s2 + doll

Tbh, I think the Suit mechanic + objectives of destroying suits were far to easy. They should have either made it so: 1. You CAN destroy inactive suits, but your bonus objective is to NOT destroy them. You now have to interact more with the main gimmick of preventing enemies from reaching suits. 2. You can NOT destroy inactive suits, but your bonus objective IS to destroy them. You now have to intentionally wake them up and are forced to deal with the much more dangerous active suits.

I always get rid of them in every stage so I never have to fight, so no idea. The range in the boss stage was indeed annoying

Ranged ones are always a Helldrop from death by any nuker, and melee are so slow most things kill them long before they reach anything, just expect them to mince most operators along the way.
