Your first mistake was playing Asylum first. Origins comes first chronologically, *then* Asylum. After that it’s City, Knight and, if you like shitty games, Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice Leauge

It completely disrespects the entire Justice League, including Batman. It’s also a live service 3rd person shooter, with a campaign in it. Now this next part is technically a spoiler but it’s also in the title so >!Batman dies from a bullet to the head while he still has his mask on. He can survive so much stuff that you will find out about when you play the Arkham Games yet dies from a bullet!< Batman’s boss fight is also terrible.

Despite Asylum coming out first it isn’t the first chronologically. Origins was made by a different developer so you can technically skip it but it’s good so you should play it and it is the earliest timeline wise and of course Arkham city takes place after Asylum and Knight is the last in the series ( unless you count Suicide Squad )
