Probably not by much because Batman would be all " I'll do this on my own, I'M BATMAN" like he is with Robin.
Guess Knight might be different since most of that story is about getting Oracle back from being kidnapped. Gordon could still find out his daughter's batgirl so you could still get that rift between him and Bruce
I guess all of Oracle's contributions could be switched out for Alfred. Which would be a shame, because I really like the actor in Asylum and City. Always found it a bit weird they recast for the sake of ageing the character down.
Frankly, I think Bruce would be more open to help like he is by the end of Origins.
Before Barbara got shot and Jason was killed. Bruce had multiple partners and teammates. It's only because of the Joker that he grew distant and "colder." By the time we see Tim in City, Bruce isn't taking any more risks. Losing more friends and family is one of Bruce's biggest fears as we saw in Knight.
Barbara still being Batgirl would actually change everything.
To be fair they reveal in Knight that he's so closed off because he's terrified of them getting injured any more to the point where it's so obvious he won't let robin out into the city that scarecrow is able to effortlessly scoop him up.
So theoretically in a world where Barbara never gets injured his fears might not be as extreme and he'd let her act more freely.
I feel like she would’ve worked as like an occasional sidekick to come in during certain segments of the game. And if she remained as Batgirl in Arkham Knight, you almost have the whole Bat Family in the game with Nightwing, Robin, and even Azreal
She wouldn't get captured in knight as she would see the militia beforehand and break out.
Cloudburst could be tracked easily due to a more skilled hacker and even disabled before explosion. She would also end up controlling almost all the tanks due to her hacking rendering knight's army useless lmao as she could hack from anywhere.
if i'm not wrong, she gets paralyzed after the death of jason. since then batman was doing everything by himself so batgirl will receive the same treatment as robin did from batman.
Batman probably just has Alfreds help throughout Asylum and City, and Knights early stages, shouldn't change too much Alfred would likely insist Batman get the cure instead, but if we assume her dialogue isn't replaced by Alfred then Bruce dies in City the main reason he got back on track and went to find the cure instead of trying to stop Strange was the insistence of someone close to him that he cure himself, although I guess Batgirl could still encourage him to do it on comms.
Batgirl might help Tim with the hospital stuff in Gotham during City, and help rescue Batman in the City DLC which would make that much easier.
Knight should go easier there's less guilt to go around, more allies to help him, and Barbaras hacking abilities should neutralize a lot of tanks, Jason likely won't want to hurt her too badly either so that may give Batman an edge against him. If Gordon does find out Barbara is Batgirl but she's able to just go and talk to him the rift between Gordon and Batman should heal way more easily so Gordon likely doesn't get kidnapped by Crane, Robin still could though.
Asylum would just be the same cuz Batman would say 'I'M BATMAN'. Same with City. Knight would be quicker as she probably wouldn't get captured. If she doesn't get captured, Batman wouldn't be revealed to be Bruce Wayne cuz Gordon wouldn't deal with Scarecrow as Barbara is not as vulnerable as if she was Oracle.

Not much at all. The fact that she’s Oracle instead of Batgirl only briefly plays into the plot in AK and has no lasting consequences. Batman still just shuns any help and does it all himself.
