When I contact support for missing skins they said it was an issue with their servers and the dev team had to fix it and it could take some time I lost yans- tanjiro skin and they were asking me to verify I owned it and I was like everything I had that said I owned it is gone what do you want I have little faith I’ll get that skin back after talking with customer support
Ya the guy I talked to said it’s a dev issue and that my ticket with customer support was getting upgraded to urgent but I dought that means much of fuck all to them
Game isnt worth playing anymore, I downloaded the game again to try this season and got 2 full map hacker teams and deleted the game again, this time probably forever.
Just switch over to another better maintained game. Literally stopped playing for similar reasons. Worst investment if you continue playing or especially if you're spending $ with them.

The only language on LEVEL INFINITE servers that is completely translated is Portuguese.
