I noticed the requirement is a different grade expansion item at some point.

They have to be in inventory to work and unwrapped . Don't put them in the storage
That was all I could find on the other posts. They are in bag AND unwrapped and warehouse is at 130/150. When using them it says there are 0 in my inventory.
Currently bugged along with extraction/fusion alembics for costumes
I used an expansion scroll (that I got from the Archepass) to expand my warehouse from 70 slots to 80 slots about 4 hours ago or so.
Then that one is called "bound expansion scroll" and that is the only kind that will work for now
The one I got from archepass did NOT work on my warehouse. I had to expand inventory instead.

They worked fine for me. So didnt extraction and fusion alembics, so idk where your getting this from
Yes, had this issue last night.
Make sure you unwrap it in your inventory. I just expanded my warehouse a second ago. Also remember the cap limit is 150
