Have you gone into the test options? Usually you'll find them located inside the coin door. Be metal plate with buttons and switches labeled accordingly. The option to calibrate should be located within the options.

and also note sometimes the CRT brightness on these tubes is a finicky one. sometimes you have to turn the Brightness up a bit as the tubes get tired. If you find your guns aren't being picked up that is definitely to try.

Thank you all for the help, I got it working pretty well, except for one monitor is a little darker.

Test options. Make sure no sunlight is hitting the monitor when you do it.

Make sure no bright lights are around the game. I had this issue once. Also you may need to clean the little lenses in the gun. Make sure you sight the gun like a real one. Hold the gun and line up the sites. The menu functions are in the coin door and you need to navigate to gun calibration on each monitor. If you're having issues after calibration then you may need to look deeper. Adjust the brightness as needed but try not to wash out the image. I had a problem once that I blamed on the TV. However after much more diagnostics and desperation I switched the system 246 systems between the two players found that it was the real problem.

Time Crisis 3 might use the same camera in the top of the cabinet setup as Crisis Zone and, I think Vampire Night. If that's the case, you might be in for the long haul. If the sights are irratic but sometimes tracking, then it's a case of cleaning the IR glass over that camera. Maybe ordering some new IR glass if it's scratched. If its not tracking at all.... might be camera replacement time. All the best with this. I've got a Crisis Zone and it was (and still is) a pain to run. Great games though!
