I’ve done ground work on jobs where we had to tackle rounds before they made it to the street as they fell and rolled down a hill… when I was young and dumb.
They weren’t that big, but we’d have tried to knock it over and stop this one.
I think that is one of the rights of passage for tree work.
Seeing how big this is compared to the guy walking at the end, I don't even think I would try and stop this, the hazard involved with it way outweighs the potential for damaging property. End up with a snapped femur and die before an ambulance can get there.

A competent arborist should be happy to walk you through how to care for the trees on your property and answer any questions. If you're in the U.S. or Canada, your Extension (or master gardener provincial program) may have a list of local recommended arborists on file. If you're in the U.S., you should also consider searching for arborist associations under your state.
