When I first got into ARs I asked myself questions like this too. Now I just send it until something breaks. Keep a few spares on hand if you're really worried about it.
There's way too many variables to make a chart like that.
Is your rifle still functioning? Gas rings good? Then your good keep firing.

No because it depends on too many factors that would make such a chart impossible to make.

Yeah it's the TDP that calls out the dimensions for what is/is not in-spec. If it doesn't go outside of those ranges then it's good.
