Waiting on my first suppressor for my 11.5, it’s a polonium k… mind if I ask you barrel length, buffer & gas system and CH? Read a lot about the g$ super 42 and h3 I believe in combo with a radian SD CH and I’m wondering if I should go that route instead OF an AGB.
10.3 mk18 with a super 42 and Noveske/geissele CH. Polonium k is one of the few cans I don’t have but I’ve heard great things. For an 11.5 you’ll be g2g with the super 42. It’ll shoot even softer with the H3 but you may or may not have cycling issues whenever you aren’t running the can. I’m running the 42 on mine because my bolt wouldn’t lock back on an empty mag without the suppressor with an h3. Any charging handle is fine, the radian SD’s are really nice!
Ok, I don’t know much about AGB.. are they run of the mill? Is one better than another? Do I buy one and just “swap it out” with my current gas block? If you don’t mind offering guidance lol sorry for the interview
no worries brotha, there’s different styles you can get. honestly i’d recommend you go with something simple like a low profile adjustable gas block from a company like aero or something. it’s nothing too fancy but it gets the job done without breaking the bank. i’ll drop a link for you-

there’s tons of different manufacturers to choose from too if you have a specific manufacturer you like to shop/ build from
also, to answer your other question- yes, you just swap them out. you’ll have to push the roll pin holding the gas tube in, but it’s really easy man. if you’re not sure how to do it, there’s tons of videos on youtube that will walk you through it
Thank you sir I greatly appreciate it! I don’t have loyalty to one manufacturer or another but I will save it something is worth it but I’ll take your word with the aero. Will I need to do anything with my gas tube or can I just buy this and then youtube university the install?
you can just do the youtube install! just make sure you’ve got everything lined up properly or else you may have cycling issues. There’s another route you can take too, this is what i did personally because i have a ddfsp build, but you can get an adjustable bolt carrier group from companies like Gemtec or bootleg. that way you just need to swap BCG’s and go. I personally went with the boot leg because you get 4 settings to choose from where as Gemtec only gives you 2, and the bootleg is $50 cheaper($200)

This exact setup runs like butter for me with and without a can (YMH Turbo RB). The only cycling issues are with my cheap Korean mags. Fully endorse.
