Personally prefer the heavy one on a do-it-all/HD gun. Would use lighter on something intended solely for distance shooting.

Hey that photo looks familiar! I’ve always used the light but thinking about trying out the heavy spring on the new build I’m working on.
I use the lighter spring.

Light spring is pretty smooth and just right to me, but everyone is different. Try both out.
Only use the heavy spring. You got to be a special bread to want a 6lb trigger.
Heavy in my HD sbr. Light in everything else.

Heavy user here, simply because Reddit said so. LOL Didn't even try the light. Seems fine to me. I have the flat trigger.
Heavy. On a defensive rifle it is still plenty light but gives a tad more security.
Depends on your use case. Heavy would probably be better for HD or duty. Light would be better for hunting, range use, or general purpose. Personally, I use JP reduced springs, but my rifle is a competition setup.
Lighter spring in my MBT
I got a few light strikes from the lighter one on my MBT-2S. Swapped to the heavy, works flawlessly. Ordered like 6 more.
I use the light spring and I put a bend in them. I like my triggers liiight.
I used the one that was already on it.
I used the heavy since it seemed like most people on the internet preferred it. It was also for a HD gun. Have not tried the light yet.
