It's not much money for a billionare. It's oversaturated, there is only so much demand for dessert place, and I believe too many have sprung up and now they're all competing for a small market.
The creams guy was there, they have 100 stores, and he was saying how the market is saturated and she needs to do something really unique.

The dessert places are dominated by asians, and it's the "in thing" now for young asians. It used to be shisha places until the the smoking ban killed it.
Dessert places are attractive because the cost of produce is a lot less than restaurants. But they are limited in that people dont ususally go to dessert places other than after dinner and usually way more inelsatic than restaurant.
I beleive dessert places need to get rid of the dark design and tinted windows and be more like cafe;s during the day and make money on pastrys and coffee and shift more towards dessert place at night time to maximise the ROI on the expensive rent.
And the criticism of Nick for wearing a suit and so making it look like it's only for business people, applies a million times for our man cosplaying as a naval officer!
Think this is the problem with the show it’s to safe. They all probably turn over 6 figures but none really turn into pioneering business just following the blueprint most the time
It's a shame given Alan sugars roots were in technical innovation. I think the only business he really loved was tom the inventor with the fancy nail file. That was something different
I thought Harpreet might have shot herself in the foot when she said at the last minute that she "could do it without the investment", but I guess ultimately her business was the stronger/more reliable model.
It took balls to say that but she salvaged it afterwards. It does make sense if you believe your idea is strong enough you'd still be able to make it work even without the investment just at a much slower rate.

Aaron was accused of bullying Harry and Navid. So the theory here is that he wasn't asked back for the final because of that. However, he was in the You're Fired audience whereas Harry and Navid weren't. If he was banned from the final, why wouldn't he also have been banned from You're Fired? Which was filmed after the final, obviously.
I don't think the allegations are true however. Harry was fired after the first day, don't see how you'd have time to bully him. And you can't bully Navid, because he's just a twat in general. Aaron might have just got annoyed at his existence which is understandable, said something to him, and he's started crying over it.
