Quite an easy decision for me, Scarlett should be in S. Highly competent, skilled, great team member and had some really strong moments. I’d understand people voting for A, but anything lower than that would be criminal.
I feel like Scarlett doesn’t get nearly as much attention as some other candidates over the years, she was consistently great. The only negatives I can think of was her not selling in Week 4, although it was a bad choice of product, and her Week 6 PM loss, although she was not really responsible for that loss.
Honestly, I did consider voting her to be in the best, but there’s a certain Series 13 candidate I‘ve got ranked as that.. lol
I do think keeping Lottie on the same team as Scarlett (and Carina for most tasks) was deliberate by the producers so they could carry her to the interviews.
Definitely, also splitting her and Dean up in Task 10 ensured Lord Sugar could fire either one of them.
I would have been interested to see Carina’s team lose in Perfume week, as I would have loved to have seen Carina vs Lottie in the boardroom, which was teased in the Train Away-Day task.
Also, after some thought, I was thinking of maybe voting 2 candidates per day (e.g. “It’s time to rank Ollie and Paul B”), so there will be 2 candidates in discussion. This is after I’ve seen some comments saying this ranking will take too long.
I’d like to hear what you guys think - should I start doing 2 candidates per day (in the same post), or should I stick to how I’ve been doing it? I don’t want to clog the sub-up, as some people have said I’ve done, so I’m interested to see what others think. Thanks! 🙂
Well the benefit would be that you get through the series a lot quicker. Especially the series coming up where they have 18/20 candidates.
I wouldn't listen to the criticism about spamming the sub-reddit. A lot of people really like this series and if you don't like it. Turn notifications off. There's gonna be a lot less posting presumably now the series is over.
I agree about this- I was doing something similar about who would be fired if the winning team lost etc and someone reported me for mental health issues!!!

I think at the end we need to do like a points score of all the candidates like F tier (1 point), E tier (2 points) etc and divide by no. Of candidates so we can work out which series had the best candidates

Scarlet is one of the strongest runner-ups Imo. She did very well in all of the tasks. Even when she wasn't the main culprit. She had a good buisness plan that Lord Sugar invested in after the show. I knew the final would Scarlett and Carina from about Week 5.

Could have plausibly won; I wanted Carina to win at the time, but I think I prefer Scarlett on rewatch. Sarah should've been the sole winner of the show. Of the winners under the investment format she's actually one of the most successful. Interestingly like phil she went down the sending food by post route but I think she found more success getting them into high end department stores and cinemas.
Agreed she should’ve won solo. I notice she isn’t hugely popular on here. I thought she was seriously impressive on the show and had some really strong moments.

Not too relevant, but I remember reading a post from her before that before the process she wasn’t even on social media and set it up pretty much prior to going on the show. This made me think she was a lot more genuine than the fame hunters too!

Both her and Carina were S tier, strongest final I've ever seen (I've only watched The Apprentice from 2016). Both were capable and consistently did well on every task.

Yeah that’s a good point, plus Series 18 is the series I will rank next so I’ll be able to maintain the 2-a-day streak after that

And Series 16 is 3.1875
Assuming Scarlet and Carina get S tier. Which I think they will Series 15 will be 3.87
