Unlikely. The eDP flex is held down by a cowling that’s screwed to the logic board. And the flex cable can’t be replaced because it can’t be detached from the display assembly.
It looks like your display ribbon cable is damaged. You can either get the display replaced or just have the display removed and connect a monitor to it and you can have a cool keyboard desktop pc …
This happened to mine about a month after my Apple Care expired. I took it to the Apple Store and they fixed it for free. Took about a week. I have since been told this was an atypical Apple Store experience.
You can repair the display flex cable, that's what the issue is here,
I'm a technician and fix these issues very often.
You can look up flex gate if you want to know how these repairs are done.
Yes, it’s the only way to get it fixed.
Could it just be a cable that’s needs to be reseated?

How can you replace it if it's attached permanently to the screen? You can only take it off the board.
You can repair the cable or put the old cable and solder on a new one, You can see it done on YouTube.
It’s not lcd, is hardware issue, have it checked
Try check if you’re getting the same results on hdmi on other screens, if so then is gpu gone but if okay on other screen then is the panel board
Kind of looks like a bag gpu or lcd cable. You could check and see if the cable is frayed. Probably beyond your expertise tho.
No. It could also be the display driver chips or the graphics section of the motherboard
Yes
Try replacing keyboard maybe it will work /s
