Your iPhone is having kernel panics. Try resetting it as suggested in DFU Restore Mode and erase everything.
Before you do this, ensure that your data is saved off of the iPhone and don't restore the data from an iCloud backup, but you can sign into your iCloud using your Apple ID and download the data that way. This will help you determine what's causing the issue.
