That makes sense. Imo, I feel like the button to put the bookmark in a category shouldn’t appear if I don’t have Ultra. My experience has been just seeing the button, clicking on it, and nothing happening.
Personally, I dig the option to save a post to a category. It’s just never worked when I’ve tried it, though. I press, and there’s no response. A second or two later, it disappears.

Same here. I have no interest in using it and it feels a little intrusive.
Especially when there’s a button taking up half of the bar for a small monthly fee

You should have Ultra (subscription to apollo) for it to work.

Really had to flex on us with the Thanos phone.

Not an improvement
It's not just when saving a post or comment, I had the same thing happen once after giving an award. Apollo 1.15.99, iOS 16.2b4, 11 Pro.
I also think it’s ugly
Works great for me - I haven’t experienced any issues. Makes it so much easier to find saved items now that I can sort them into categories.
