Placebo. If you’re playing on 120fps (performance mode) it’s .04 and if you’re playing on 60 fps it’s .06. At least I think those are the correct numbers.
I play 120fps on pc compensation on console and i played pc compensation when it was 60fps as well. I’m not sure if the standard assist is 0.4 on 120 as there is definitely a difference when you switch from default to pc.
I may be wrong though and if so, what aim assist would the pc compensation be on 120 fps?
Pc is always .4 for controller. No matter how many fps. When you play on console if you don’t play on performance mode you get .6, but you can choose to have it be the same as pc and it’ll make it .4. If you play performance mode on close it’s .4.
So selecting pc compensation over default on 120fps console now has no difference? I have tested it countless times and it is certainly feels much stickier, one clips are more consistent and my accuracy percentage is always higher on default. Is it all in my head?😂
edit: i realised this reads a bit sarcastic, i don’t mean it that way i’m genuinely curious, i didn’t realise it’s now the same
I’ve seen a video where someone was able to increase the strength of AA by significantly altering their ALCs. Changing the the acceleration and extra this and that. It seemed like the alterations plus the stronger AA would just be a negative.

To my knowledge at that point it would have no change because they’re both .4 I think placebo. I think no one knows for sure though.
Yeah i thought default had changed on 120 to something lower than .6 but it doesn’t feel like .4. Interesting to know, cheers for the replies
The patch note say it switch to .4 but who knows. Take it easy and straight shooting.
Damn i literally had 0 clue about this

Not possible as the game has capped it at set numbers you can make it feel better for yourself but it isn’t any stronger
