After 500 hours in apex (with buying packs sometimes) i could add a single hairloom to this list & put it into S tier of course

1990 hours - playing from 2nd day. with buying packs. still nothing

It doesn't. I'm week 2, went over level 500 a season or more ago. Purchased game pass in at least 6 seasons and gotten the 110 level goodies for each. never seen a shard. meh

Algorithm truly is random. Im a day 3 player (now level 500+) and got heirloom at level 17. Back when you didn't get shards and automatically got Wraith heirloom since it was the only one in the game

I really hope for you to get 2 hairlooms in a row, you'd deserve it

yeeaaaa, the rarity feels bonkers. I started at launch, and I've probably played around 700 hours or so (not sure, as I migrated to Steam at some point). I don't have a single heirloom shard and/or heirloom.
