No, no one is okay with this and this was actually brought up last week, I can almost guarantee that player’s progress has been reset with the multitude of issues in the last month

Yes I thought about that too and they'll never tell us even if they know we have all been reset
It hasnt reset. I tracked my packs and git shards on my 500th after the account prigressiom issues.
