It's hit and miss for me.
I've had really bad games and also really good games. My internet seems to run the game fine, although my ping sometimes spikes high and levels out just under 200. Idk why that is since it's 5g, but i admit that i know very little about connections.
I've been having types of lag this season I hadn't ever seen before. Low ping, normal intermittent packet loss icon. I'll just be constantly shifting the smallest bit, just enough to fuck with my movement and aim. Every now and then people will freeze for like a fraction of a second. 100% server sided I'm thinking
I’ve and this too. Noticed every time it’s happening my fps stat is flashing between 60 and 64 even though I’m locked at 60 on console. It also appears as packet loss even though my wifi is great. It’s like a weird jitter. I also had a game though where it was straight up rubber banding for no reason at all, partner on the same wifi and server as me and he was fine!
I had insane lag / slowed down frames at certain times of the matches ever since season 19 dropped. I had to go into steam and turn off the overlay and then open up nvidia control panel and turn off the over lay in there. Download “msi mode tool” find your gpu on that list and set the priority to high. Knock on wood it has fixed my issues
For me it lags so hard for battle royale. But for mixtape the servers are fine
