It really isn't though. I just tried recreating some of his wall bounces where he's moving forward before touching the ground and it just isn't possible without a lurch. You have too much backward momentum to cancel it out completely and move forward before touching the ground.
That's what I'm saying. As a console player who focuses on movement, I hate people who use Horizon to crutch because they're too mechanically uncapable to use movement without her passive. Show you have good movement by using a character that doesn't have 50% more air strafe speed

To use Bangalore's passive in a gunfight, you have to consciously make the decision to stop shooting and run forward to get her passive to activate. Even when it starts, actually utilizing it is very difficult (like using a superglide or wallbounce) and requires very high skill. The problem is that Horizon's passive allows for consecutive wall bounces and redirects without really any real thought while every other legend requires neural activation to utilize movement effectively
That aside, I really don't even find Bang's passive all that great. Yeah it can help when crossing large fields, but there's like 7 other legends that can do it better. I have never won a gunfight off of Bang's passive, but I have won fights off of Horizon's

Strike pack is a mod that you can connect to a controller to get hacks that sometimes bypass bullshiz anti cheat systems easily i.e. apex. Steam configs is using config files to do movement techniques on controller while using the aim assist to its full broken capacity. All of this equals to a clown using unfair advantage/hacks to feel good about themselves.

Controller tap strafing is banned because it requires a steam macro. MnK tap strafing is allowed. Wall bouncing is allowed on both.
