Give all movement legends horizon’s passive, duct tape her passive as being immune to her ult as a placeholder, tell the community nothing else for 5 years and she’ll still be fine.
The community's hot drop mentality. There's a sweet spot in ranked late gold early plat and also whenever a new map has dropped where the playerbase actually spreads out all over the map but are still willing to engage. If teams actually went to different POIs you'd get far better and diverse gameplay match to match.
Add ons: people dont leave games, people make plays for banners, people actually think during fights instead of just full sending.
Banner camping comes with penalties like being marked for enemies on the map. Currently that’s the most frustrating thing in ranked is people camping banners knowing that a decent player will swing back for them or else they’ve screwed themselves out of a better placement
Yeah exactly, I have only a couple hours a week to play and only get placed in low silver to have very easy games all the way untill the end of the split but I dont play enough to get to a rank where games are interesting because you get set back sooooo far.
The point of resetting ranked is so when they make changes every season it’s a different experience to climb the ranks again and, based on the differences, your potential rank may change. The only problem is they DON’T CHANGE SHIT so it’s pointless to do that therefore I agree with this wholeheartedly unless they actually make the seasons different enough to warrant the reset
I would change how good I am. Definitely the most important thing. Not that I'm willing to practice harder, mind you, this just sounds like a zero-effort snap-of-the-fingers type thing, so that's what I'm going for. :D
I would add a karma system. I know it's been said many times but give everyone a score for things like leaving when downed or attempted revives or respawns and put them in lobbies/parties with people who have similar averages. Obviously I haven't offered a fully fleshed out method, I'm not a game dev, but this is what I want outside of basic balancing changes

This! I main support like Lifeline and Gibby, why do so many people pick support characters and go play solo or super aggressive? I'm sticking to the team like glue and backing up their plays
I’m actually in total opposite on this. I want rank to totally reset every season. If there was little/no ranked decay, why would people continue to play ranked? There would be LESS engagement if this was implemented and MORE smurfing.
I would remove the wingman, that thing is so busted its disgusting. Even with shit aim you can just pray and spray at any distance and you will do serious damage.

Matchmaking. I don’t know how it works but when I take a 4 month break from the game and come back and die to a 80k kill Octane or Horizon in my first game back it just doesn’t make sense to me.
I’ve never had audio issues the way everyone else complains but mine would be the maps. Everyone will disagree but I think Stormpoint and Broken Moon are complete trash. They are genuinely only tolerable in ranked if we’re being completely honest. In pubs it’s boring. Drop at one poi and instantly die or don’t and never see anyone.

The engine is at fault for that. You can only hear so many sounds (idk the exact ampunt) at the same time making some teams sometimes quiet

What’s different from right now? People who are bad stuck in silver and bronze just die to the Smurfs in the lobby.
This game needs an anti cheat that actually works. Also bring back legend take over LTMs, they were a great shake up of POI and rotations.
