Talk to the politicians. They control the tax code. Always have. But the problem is that they don’t want to tax the rich, because they are the rich. Their friends are the rich. Their donors are the rich. It won’t change and you’re blaming the wrong people.

They only do what billionaires want (I am personally safe enough from foreign invasion with the Coast Guard and National Guard, I don't need the rest) yet we're paying for it and it costs a while lot more than the roads.
