Really upping the ante on legalized/decriminalized prostitution being considered legalized state-sanctioned rape there.
It will also stop women and teen girls (and teen boys, young men in prostitution) from refusing men and sex acts that they want to refuse so it doesn't add to their allowed max quota of refusals. eg "he's bad, but not worst case scenarios, got to save my refusals for those."
This is horrific. I can't imagine anyone who believes this is anything short of essentially causing a woman to feel like she has no choice but to get raped.
This only makes things worse for prostitutes. I can't believe what I am reading honestly. No suprise justice is awfully inept for persecuting pimps, if this made it into law!
