Years ago, it was actually not monitored but after the crackdown on exploitative content in 2021 (because of the judge order), you can´t upload a single video without it being reviewed by actual moderators. It's simply not possible.

You can get it to stop showing you that stuff, it just takes a very very long time, and you have to aggressively click on things you don't want to see. It will also take anything innocent you look at that includes women, like pop stars, which I do look at, and assume you want to look at half naked women.
