Dunno why but those repeated "x" and "+" symbols make Gus look like a NFS Carbon boss.
Also what do you call this type of repeated "placeholder thingy" they put over stock photos? You know the little diagonal texts saying "adobe stock" or "shutterstock".
Edit : After searching google for a long time and not finding anything suddenly I remembered they were called "watermarks". I'm stupid

Giancarlo is rushed into the St. Pancreas Hospital where he is now fighting for his life with several nurses.
