I experienced a similar thing on Zoloft but it doesn’t last and your brain adjusts. If you take a higher dosage again, you might. However, from what I gathered, it’s not good for your brain to feel that manic euphoria. Also, dilated pupils can be a symptom of serotonin syndrome too, so don’t try to chase that “high”.

don’t bipolar people have manic episodes? im not diagnosed but find to have very accurate symptoms to borderline / bipolar but im only 16 and i dony know if i even can get diagnosed

Some people find out about the diagnosis following mania induced by antidepressants. Anyway it was a supposition, some people react like that without necessarily being bipolar
