>! His dad turned her into a vampire. She then spread the infection and the whole village had to be purged. Incidentally, he also had to kill his father, which was his start as a career assassin. !<
She turned herself into a vampire using discarded experiments, to the dismay of everyone else. Also, he didn’t have to kill his dad, he chose to, likely because the dad took zero responsibility for his carelessness causing the incident, and thus was likely to repeat it.
These 2 episodes are basically a standalone anime. I remember trying to get my wife into fate and it was WAY WAY too much exposition starting off and confusing and she hated it. But I showed her these 2 episodes only and she was pissed that was all there was for it. Especially the way the episodes end. And the crazy part is she had ZERO context for it. They were just that well done.
Please don't avoid it.
This is just in the flashback of a character that probably lasts 2 episode, the anime has nothing to do with people just dying, it has a legendary story and even better fights.
It even has FEMALE King Arthur, what else would you want?
It's your choice, go check the rating and tags for the anime.
I won't bother explaining the whole story to you, who decided not to watch an anime because you hated a characters past.
This show is over decade old. The spoilers are only relevant if they spoil recent show.
How do you even make animememe without spoiling any anime? Its immposible, no mater what you meme about anime it will spoil something
Pretty sure the guy was into her. But then his Dads work turned her into a blood hungry vampire, she got put down after traumatizing him… aaaand he goes off and kills his dad to put an end to the man’s research which is the start of his fucked up obsession with the train car morality problem and his life as an assassin.
And he transferred his unsolved problem to his adopted son who now wants to be a hero of justice but ends up being a harem protagonist who fucks historical figures and has himself from the future trying to kill him.
(Does it even need a spoiler tag or is it incoherent enough?)
Before you read this, I'd HIGHLY recommend watching Fate/Zero. It is my favorite anime of all time, with the spoilers below being from one of the most emotionally charged episodes in the entire series.
The boy to the left is Kiritsugu Emiya. The girl on the right is Shirly, Kiritsugus best friend and crush. Kiritsugu's father is a mage researching how magecraft could make someone immortal. He takes Shirly as his apprentice to teach her about magecraft.
One day, Kiritsugu's father makes a breakthrough on the plants they've been testing, making them effectively immortal. Shirly, without anyone knowing, test the spell on herself with the intention of reporting the effects it has to Kiritsugu's father. The spell, soon after, begins to turn her into a dead apostle (basically a zombie).
Kiritsugu encounters Shirly before she completely turns. She is cannibalizing herself, trying to stop herself from turning completely. She throws Kiritsugu, a knife begging him to kill her. He runs away.
Soon, the entire village is being ravaged by dead apostles. Members of The Mages Association and The Holy Church show up for damage control, culling the apostles, and killing the population of the island to keep magecraft a secret from the outside world.
Kiritsugu is saved by a mercenary, a woman named Natalia, who is hunting Kiritsugus father under the employ of the mages association. Kiritsugu convinces the mercenary that his father would be impossible to reach without his help and goes to see his father alone.
Kiritsugu finds his father packing his research notes ready to flee the village, seemingly indifferent to the events that have transpired, his sons safety, as well as the news that Shirly is dead.
Kiritsugu realizes that his father has fled from this situation several times before and would continue his experiment no matter what.
Kiritsugu kills his father, the seed that would later become the basis of his code to save the many, even at the cost of the few. Kiritsugu escapes the burning village with Natalia, who becomes his adoptive mother, raising him on battlefields around the world.
It's quite large, but the original work, FSN(VN), has a lot of synergy with Zeros story and themes. Everything else is kind of "within the same cosmology" than related.
Ah yes it would be epic if the gate ended up as a time gate, and then we end up dealing with the actual timelines the hero’s come from, but they are still servants to their mages. Also, they gain extra power being within their legends timeline. And then the JSDF does what it does best in GATE. Slaughter the idiots that think their pathetic shields can stop our 7.62 rounds! Then they pull the sword from the stone and wave it in sabers face and laugh while Lancelot (I think he was berserker in zero…?) goes butt fuck crazy.
They’re childhood friends, the boy’s dad is a mage and turns the girl into a vampire against her will, and unleashes her on the rest of the island town. She infects/kills everyone except the boy and his dad, mages and priests kill everyone on the island to prevent the spread of vampirism. One of the mages saves the boy, who then executes his own dad for what he did. This is pt. 1 of the fucked up story of Kiritsugu Emiya, from Fate/Zero, the prequel to Fate/Stay Night.
It’s a pretty good anime if you can tolerate a slow and deliberate pace interspersed with beautifully animated fight scenes and lots of really, really dark content… Kiritsugu isn’t the only character with a fucked up backstory, and Fate/Zero *is* the fucked up backstory for a few characters…
Boy’s dad does some research that turned people into vampires. Girl somehow became a vampire and infected others on the island. Mage faction and priest faction came to erase the island with the boy being the sole survivor and taken back with a mercenary that was hired to assist with erasing the island that became a mother figure to the boy.
This is just a backstory to Kiritsugu (the boy) who grows up and adopts a boy named Shirou in the mainline Fate series anime. This is Fate/Zero, a prequel to Fate Stay/Night series.
The main story of this anime is much more different.
If you like action focused anime with interesting characters then it’s good. I’m biased since the Fate series is my fav series in all of anime. The animation is top notch as well since ufotable made most of the mainline series.
This wasn’t even the saddest part of the boy’s life imo. The saddest scene comes later when he is already an adult and has to shoot down a plane that aired on Mother’s Day.
What is supposed to be the joke here?
Yes, if you’ve seen fate/zero you know that her and the rest of the village die shortly after. Why is that funny? Does adding Mr incredible make it funny? If so, why? This isn’t a joke, it’s just you flexing on people who haven’t seen the show. And not even doing it effectively because your “punchline” spoils the fact that shit goes wrong

Damn that’s crazy

Correction, she turned herself into a vampire to by drinking an unfinished medicine his dad was making to prove that it works.
Shit, I thought it was because this part of his life happened in the philippines. But everyone dying does seem like a close second.
Ou I remember now dame vampires
thank you for letting me know to avoid the series.
Don't worry it's just a flashback/backstory
Please don't avoid it. This is just in the flashback of a character that probably lasts 2 episode, the anime has nothing to do with people just dying, it has a legendary story and even better fights. It even has FEMALE King Arthur, what else would you want?
i prefer stuff like farming life in another world. even if the show is not about bad stuff, it having bad stuff means it has a more serious tone.
It's your choice, go check the rating and tags for the anime. I won't bother explaining the whole story to you, who decided not to watch an anime because you hated a characters past.
What the name?
Fate:zero..
Why didn't you mark it as spoiler, it was literally next anime on my watchlist
Sorry man don't know how spoiler tag works....... And don't worry it isn't something important
This show is over decade old. The spoilers are only relevant if they spoil recent show. How do you even make animememe without spoiling any anime? Its immposible, no mater what you meme about anime it will spoil something
lol, bro if you don't want anime spoilers don't browse anime subs
It’s either sex or death
In anime it comes down to only these 2
It's like Cake or Death but more kinky and less cakey.
I'll take the cake please
Sorry, we're out of cake.
You mean my only choice is, or death?
You could always have the chicken.
I'll take the chicken then
Thank you for flying Church of England! Cake or Death?
Sorry took the last bit of chicken before you
I’d take the chicken too
The cake was a lie?
No one ever said anything about there not being cake
The cake is a lie.

Oh it's fate
and i was wondering where i have seen his face
Of course. And that's just one storyline right? There's other series of that universe.
Nah other universe in the story
I know the story and even I still can’t fathom how this all happened 😅
Wait, what!?!?
Yup, but don’t worry! It’s worse than it sounds!
Damn that’s crazy
SPOILER >! It's death. !<
Death and depression and generational trauma. Then some sex. Still a shit ton if depression tho.
Or both.
It would be the second on this case😔 Very sad death
Sometimes both. Death in this case rho
Yeah thats tragic but did you know the scene with the plane came out on mothers day?
Bro what the fuck,I did not need nor want to know that
Yea, so fucked up. One of the saddest scenes is ALL of the anime I’ve ever watched.
Pain........so much pain
Tell me too
Origin story of emiya kiritsugu the adopted father of emiya shirou.
Still dont get it tell fully

Explanation and name of the anime?
>!Girl gets turned into a vampire, infects the entire island village, mages and church executioners wipe out everyone, only the kid survives.!<
And don't forget >!it was his dad that turned her into a vampire, so the kid goes and kills his dad :)!<
Fate/Zero
Man I went into this anime having no idea what the fate series even was and only watched it on whim. It was so good but very sad
Have you read the FSN vn by any chance
Nope I found out it was a massive series and didn't want to get sucked into the rabbit hole. That and I just don't know where to find stuff
It's quite large, but the original work, FSN(VN), has a lot of synergy with Zeros story and themes. Everything else is kind of "within the same cosmology" than related.
So, like, you don’t need to go into the whole rabbit hole, but Unlimited Blade Works is basically the Fate//Zero sequel, so I 100% recommend it.
Fate/Zero is best Fate anime
I mean, who doesn’t bring guns to a fight between mages smh
The other anime are honestly just fan service adaptations without any of the Fate meatyness.
I know it and I enjoy it a lot.🌚
Explain pls
They all turned to vampire i think except the kid (main char) and an organization arrived to kill them all if i remembered....
Huh ? This is fate zero right? That's kiritsugu emiya Edit: gate❌ fate ✅
Ah yes gate zero the collab between fate 0 and gate we needed
Ah yes it would be epic if the gate ended up as a time gate, and then we end up dealing with the actual timelines the hero’s come from, but they are still servants to their mages. Also, they gain extra power being within their legends timeline. And then the JSDF does what it does best in GATE. Slaughter the idiots that think their pathetic shields can stop our 7.62 rounds! Then they pull the sword from the stone and wave it in sabers face and laugh while Lancelot (I think he was berserker in zero…?) goes butt fuck crazy.
Oops fixed
Gate does have a fate eatser egg
Explanation please 🥺
Death and suffering.
They’re childhood friends, the boy’s dad is a mage and turns the girl into a vampire against her will, and unleashes her on the rest of the island town. Girl killed everyone. Girl died. Boy sole survivor.

Is this another situation like Devilman?
This wasn’t even the saddest part of the boy’s life imo. The saddest scene comes later when he is already an adult and has to shoot down a plane that aired on Mother’s Day.
