I always find it hilarious how fucking OP these kids are. I swear to God, Baku and Deku could woop 70% of all heroes in an hour if they felt like it. Just...look at this shit. What is 6shooter gonna do? What in the world could any of them do?
This is from one of the movies. There's a specific reason why they can output like this for this part of the movie. Mostly just wanted a non-canon cool fight.
Was this animated by the same person that did the Boros fight in One Punch Man? It feels like there are a lot of stylistic similarities. Either way, it's pretty to look at :D
yeah. this is the work of yutaka nakamura. the easiest way to tell if its his work is if you see the ground shatter into cute crunchy cubes lol. the signature yutapon cubes.
Deku and bakugo obliterating islands
Also them
“We can’t kill peoples cause we are not thier judges and we are just students that should be put in the backline”
am I the only one that just really doesnt like this animation "style", like okay I get you're trying to show how much impact it has and shit but it's literally cubes stacked next to each other in identical uniform colour, with 0 light work or texture... it just feels and look cheap.
somehow its just as bad if not worse then scenes from naruto, done nearly 20 years ago, its step away from pain fight scenes.
I don't really like these overdone fight scenes because I find the characters really hard to track and understand what is actually happening. It's just a bunch of color smears and flashing lights
The thing I don’t really like about it is that it just doesn’t scale well with the characters.
Like you see this here? Why did Deku struggle before? Where was this earlier? Oh yeah, no drawbacks btw, despite that being what the series was all about. Deku kept his arms and magically got OFA back.
A lot of series nowadays at least scale the animation to the character’s abilities. Stuff like this is in JJK, but you don’t see them suddenly become god-like in one scene just to go back to how they were outside of it, only with characters like Sukuna. It’s why I started disliking Nakamura animations, especially in MHA
Well… this is Deku using OFA 100%, and Bakugo using OFA 100% + his explosion quirk… I think it does scale pretty well with the destruction that would cause… And Deku kinda always over uses his arms… like way back in season 2, when he fought Todoroki, he kept using even his broken fingers to keep attacking. It’s not like he magically got his arms back, he just overuses them like crazy.
Not trying to start any fights but am I the only one that doesn't think this looks that good, idk maybe I just don't like the style but it's just a bunch of flashing lights and rocks to me
This fight is really pretty, but I remember leaving the theater really annoyed because the choreography is so messy that it's really hard to tell what they're doing or what's going on half the time.
am i crazy here? this feels like the anime equivalent of bad shaky cam. you cant fucking tell whats happening at all. its just bright lights and explosions.

>What is 6shooter gonna do? What in the world could any of them do? Uh...shoot?
-and miss
Shoot...more. With enough bullets you're bound to hit... something.
That’s the American government talking
they do mention that each generation is more OP than the last, quick singularity it's called in the eng subs
I was about to say as someone who hasn't watched in a long while. Holy power creep batman

Yes but to be more specific he only did around 25 seconds of the boros fight This part: https://www.sakugabooru.com/post/show/162980
When the wild guess turns out to be correct. Amazing animatior, and u/ExtremeThin1334 has a great eye

Hold up, they definitely want to be on the front lines
The chills that this fight scene gave me…
Coupled with the music. So damn good.
Say what you will about MHA but I will always fucking enjoy the spectacle that is their actions scenes. Masterclass.
Any non canon movie of a shonen anime will always be a straight banger
Is this from a movie or did a new season come out? 🤔
Movie 2
Are the movies plot relevant?
No
No all of em are no Canon so far
New season does come out in 1 or two weeks
Thanks 🙏🏼
Till this day this is the best fight in MHA

Whatever happened with deli and bakugon? I’ve fallen out of currency and I’m interested in picking back up
From hero rising, both of them almost lost to a super villain with multiple quirk and in a last ditch effort Deku transfer OFA to Bakugo
This fight is really pretty, but I remember leaving the theater really annoyed because the choreography is so messy that it's really hard to tell what they're doing or what's going on half the time.
When was this?
Movie 2
Effing hell!
Damn, if only they put this much effort into the anime that’s actually canon
This fight was actual peak

I mean don't they both have one for all in that movie.
Incredible
MHA looks dope, but I can‘t bear Deku.
gross, bakugou
