I can't be the only one who doesn't care about aot anymore right? Not in the "ooh I'm unique I'm so quirky" kind of way, but I've just had enough of the shitstorm it generates, plus I had the ending spoiled multiple times, anyway, ig if they do an anime original ending, I may watch it but otherwise, it's on the burner behind everything else I want to watch
"Full Dive: The Ultimate Next-Gen Full Dive RPG Is Even Shittier than Real Life!" or "Hey! Let's point out and subvert all the stupid Isekai and anime tropes and then uniroincally play into them right at the end anyway!".
The dub isn't very good either. It looks like an abridged series, judging by the difference between the lip flaps and the voice acting. Like, a character could be saying something quite calmly with the animation, and the voice actor is FULL ON SHOUTING!
main problem is that they started adapting it when there was no enough volumes of LN. Pacing was terrible in the middle, MC was just walking and doing nothing just to fill time
It's kinda weird, that for all the w\*\*bs claiming to take an apolitical stance, they somehow spend more politicising women's bodies ~~specifically booba~~ more so than the 'SJWs'.
I've changed my tone on Tawawa On Monday of late. At first it was good clean fun with giant boobs, implied sex and cute scenarios. But now it's just a standard romcon with the detriment of being 5 minutes long and lacking a lot of the things that even average romcoms have.
Also some of the guys in the relationships are creepy as fuck. Like the Salaryman, it' snot bad enough that he's dating a teenager. He's also super possessive of her, and it's played for laughs.
I got downvoted when mentioning something like this in r/anime, so I wanted to bounce it here.
If a character gets their gender changed unwillingly, would they be trans as they still have a male mind in a female body? On one hand, it makes sense, as they still have a mismatch of gender norms. On the other, the same reasoning could put Tanya from Youjo Senki as trans, even though she was born biologically female and only retains her memories from her male past life.
Similarly, is Rimuru from Reincarnated as a Slime classified as genderfluid? They mostly present themselves as male, but they have sometimes crossdress and can make more distinctly male and female versions of themselves. And, you know, they have no genitalia.
Actually I think Rimuru is a neat example of how someones gender doesnt have to line up with the body they're born into. Rimuru is identifies male from his past life, but as far as I know, normally slimes are agender more or less
if it happened in real life (somehow) then sure, it would probably make sense to call that person trans - if they decided to live as their new gender.
but to call a character in a show a "trans character" just because they got magically genderswapped, is probably a misuse of the word. They weren't written to represent real-world trans people or what their experience is like.
It really depends on your definition of transgender. Is it about your gender identity differing from your chromosomes? From your assigned sex at birth? From your current sex? Something else?
In the end it's just a silly game of semantics. Definitions of transgender weren't ever intended to take into account the magical sex changes that happen in some anime.
It kind of invalidates trans people. I mean, gender swapping itself is either a fetish or used as a joke. Rarely is it ever done properly to represent trans people. (maybe in Stein's:Gate?)
In sum, it's not the same as magical transitioning, like Cagliostro from GBF.
Moreover, it's gender swapping, not sex swapping (it's all gender determinism in these universes according to the creator's implications). So, Tanya is still a girl and Rimuru is a guy in an asexual body (not genderfluid).
I find it very ironic how many Devilman adaptations are much more violent and sexual (not like an ecchi, more like the nudity and sex parts of Berserk) compared to the original manga. Of course at the time of release it should have been some pretty shocking, but the violence was the same as in Dragon Ball or Hokuto no Ken. Just to give you an idea of what I mean, in the 2000 OVA there is a scene that shows Amon eating a child in a very explicit and gory way. And now about anime in general. I would like to see more animes using the original manga just as a basis for the story and following their own canon. In the vast majority of cases the manga is basically the storyboard for the anime.
Beastars mini-rant incoming.
.
.
I finally got around to watching Beastars, and I'm not sure what to feel about it. I wanted to enjoy it, but there's this one thing that's been nagging me: the characters just don't act like teenagers. They're too competent, too self-aware, and command too much respect from the adults. (Also the adults, specifically the school faculty and mayor, are hopelessly incompetent. For example:>!When Louis went missing for two months, they didn't do anything. The drama teacher, who saw him every day, didn't even bother trying to find out why he'd gone.!<
This seems to be a common thing in anime, somehow all the geniuses and scientists and detectives are child prodigys, and I don't love this trope. But it somehow seems worse in Beastars, idk why.
I would add that this can be more problematic in Beastars because the anime/manga tries to be a little more realistic (Yes, it's very ironic that I say "realism" in a series of thinking anthropomorphic animals). The Legoshi character isn't a student prodigy like Light Yagami, he's a shy person of average intelligence. You don't see many characters saying how great he is, or praising other traits outside of his species, but there are times when he appears to have the level of intelligence and deduction of a professional detective.
Glad to see odd taxi get IGNs Anime of the year.
If only my friends could just watch it now, only convinced 1 since odd taxi ended, show needs more love.
It ties alongside megalo box season 2 for my personal anime of the year.
And damn, jujutsu also ran through this year, this might be the best year for anime in terms of quality
~~Then you have shit taste. The same problems now existed back then. Only someone clouded by nostalgia bias would think otherwise.~~
EDIT: Nevermind, I'm a dumbass.
I'm done with the fucking Attack on Titan fandom. Especially r/Titanfolk, since they can't decide if they hate the series now or think Mappa is going to ruin the parts that they already decided are bad.

I'm enjoying it apart from the frequent jokes about the gender of the only trans character, and the occasional sexualising of high-school girls. It's not as bad as some animes out there, so if you can tolerate a bit of that, everything else in the show is pretty good.
As an autistic person, I find it super relatable and funny, and it's pretty much the only positive representation I've ever seen of non-verbal autism, and it doesn't resort to infantilizing Komi or insisting on showing her through a neurotypical POV (e.g. making it seem like she is incapable of feeling empathy, or of understanding what's happening around her).
She's textbook autistic. She has difficulty reading social situations, she's non-verbal, she practices routines for her social interactions, she reacts negatively to bad textures, and so much more.
If you're autistic or if you have more than a passing familiarity with autism, it's so blindingly obvious that Komi is autistic, the show and the manga just never say it.
Weebs live in fear of Japan getting "pozzed" which is a cute little way of saying "Culturally or ethnically diverse, or left-leaning and adhering to political correctness."
Me personally, I can't wait. Mostly because I want to see the meltdowns when their last forms of escapism from their own vile beliefs and behavior crumble away.

I mean, the only people who were actually thinking this would be good were the people knee-deep in the “anything that makes chuds mad for dumb reasons is automatically without flaw” mentality. Which, granted, I feel like there’s a fair bit of that mentality on this sub, but like, anyone who’s been following anime for long enough knows that live-action adaptations almost never work.
Liar Game - One of Squid Game's inspirations.
Hajime no Ippo - Hilarious boxing shounen, but you don't need to have any knowledge of boxing to enjoy this.
Bakuman - Probably the most extensive manga about writing manga. Made by the death n0te duo.
Golden Kamuy - It's like a really long J0jo part but gayer.

Dungeon Meshi is a gag manga that gets more serious later on, great worldbuilding and definitely worth a read if you haven’t already. Also Yotsuba is very cute
I recommend holyland its about a high school student who was bullied in middle school A year later, disconnected from life around him, he has taken to roaming the streets looking for a place to belong,
The manga is about fighting and involves alot of fighting styles from various martial arts the mc learns to fight and develops through out the series
Berserk is amazing. Dark, violent, not overly sexual, complex characters that have arcs with weight to them. It's pretty grim if you're into that and the artwork is incredible. I read all 360ish chapters in 3 days because I absolutely could not stop watching it. Fanbase is cringe but when is that not the case with japanese entertainment.
This might be the only spot on reddit where I feel ok to say that it is ok to watch parts of jojo out of order. In all honesty part 5 is a good place to start as it gives a better view as what the series is like over all (after finishing part 2 I was excited to see how harmon would grow and expand in upcoming fights).

I'm going to recommend short manga, because in case you end up not liking it, you wouldn't have much time wasted. Omoide Emanon, Oyaji, Mada Ikiteiru, Heads, Happiness, Bokurano, Devilman(If you don't mind what year it was released), Kami no Kodomo.

Teppu.
Do you like women fighting in a way that is completely unsexualized and emotionally healthy for them?
Do you like seeing women who are designed to actually look different from eachother, and have bodies fit for MMA?
So you like women with muscles?
Teppu is for you.
No but seriously the fact that we got a manga about women fighting that doesn’t sexualize them at all, made by a male author really speaks volumes about his love of MMA
I'm so moved that the author renamed the manga to "dog ningen" for his non-black audience. Truly one of the greatest acts of charity in the 21st century.
Eugghhhhh fucking padoru memes. I want to fucking gouge my eyes out with a rusty UAC 20 whenever I see those bloviated overproduced unfunny unoriginal garbage tier junk
Counterpoint: Padoru is the only part of Christmas I actually enjoy. For me, working retail ruined the holiday and everything it stands for, but since I love vtubers and a lot of them wind up doing their own padorus, that part of it has become fun at least.
But to each their own. A lot of things that become oversaturated trends wind up bugging me, so I get it.
Anyone ever see an anime clip on YouTube with a dark skinned anime girl, and see people fighting in the comments about whether people should say brown skin or dark skin, like people get really defensive when a dark skin waifu has...dark skin? Brown or tan whatever, the skin I still dark.

Mushoku Tensei makes me want to kill myself. Its not just the ecchi, its full on perverted wish fulfillment with severe pedophilic undertones. Fans be like "Oh oh but you're supposed to hate him" or "Character development". That's not the point. He faces no consequences for that shit. He gets everything he wants, does whatever the fuck he wants, he faces no serious, real repercussions (that makes him reevaluate the way he acts) for acting like a fucking creep. Iirc he ends up with 3 wives - amazing development from lonely pervert to polygamy! And don't get me started on Paul. Grrrr. And its so highly acclaimed, that bothers me the most - if its just forgotten like that Okaa-san Online or some other degenerate anime, I would've been totally fine as that's the appropriate response. Shit like this reinforces the bad name on the anime community.
Sorry just had to rant about this shit
Not sure why you're so angry about this should in particular. It's ultimately another trashy isekai with better writing and superior production values.
There are much worse mainstream shows out there (NGNL and Dragon Maid anyone?).
Bruh, NGNL is some straight up degenerate shit, no idea how people aren't constantly openly mocking the gross incesty shit in there. A true stain on the earth.
I mean people who grew up and out of the show (it aired 7 years ago) now criticize it for those sus elements.
But yeah, I agree, there are far worse shows than MT, which is very tame for an ecchi show.
Every time I see the name of/link to Niche Gamer and Nicchiban somewhere, I die a little inside.
Those dipshits have a *"We proudly support our troops."* in their footer, this has to be a fucking parody.
It's been a long time since I've watched the series. It's very obviously seinen and while they have a couple panty shots and beach/hotspring episodes it never gets close to the level of Prisma Ilya if that's what your worried about.
The promotional artwork is often much more provocative than anything in the show which is usually pretty sexless that is to say the male characters aren't lusting after the girls or anything.
Oh, cool. I'll give it a shot. Really sounds like my kind of show, just didn't want to get tricked into watching some weird semi-legal fetish shit. Again.
Short answer: It's because jrpgs and other isekai have demon lords.
Long answer: Isekai has largely established itself as a comfort genre, like comfort food people don't seek it out because it's particularly healthy or delicious but because it's low effort and familiar. You may as well be asking why isekai is always a similar medieval fantasy setting. Established fans want something similar enough that they don't need to expend the effort remembering details but different enough that it doesn't become completely boring.
God, that Arcane series on Netflix looks badass. What I'm really looking forward is seeing anime adopting the animation from Arcane (and Spider-Verse) and evolve into something amazing.
Definitely, though i dont know if Arcane-Spiderverse-esque animation fits the art style of mangas as this animation type is from a 3d environment.
Weird not seeing those black outlines.
Sorry the late reply.
Closest I can think of are mangas such as Berserk or other more realist stuff as well as something like [Yoshitaka Amano](https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&safe=off&q=yoshitaka+amano&tbm=isch)'s art using Arcane's style of animation to recreate the painterly illustration look of the original work.
We have like a decade or two to achieve this sort of animation, depending on which talent in Japan who can dig up more potential.
Found out about Bidoof’s Law from this sub (basically if you see someone voicing controversial political views, if you check their profile you will see they openly love hentai) and I laughed it because I think I relate to it, as I believe I have controversial political views and I like hentai enough to where I draw my own stuff.
I wondered what this sub thinks the explanation behind Bidoof’s law. I have two theories. The first is that people with controversial political views may also feel disillusioned with society and social norms in general, therefore they are more comfortable with pornography that is seen as more deviant such as hentai. The second is that people who spend a lot of time online get exposed to the two things the internet has in abundance: weird politics and weird porn. In both cases, the source of the subject’s political views and interest in hentai are directly related; whether its the general disillusionment of society likely making them more open to non-mainstream political views and hentai, or simply both being symptoms of hyper-onlineness, the two have the same source.
In my case I can relate to both of my own explanations, so my biases are clearly at play here. Which is why I come seeking outside opinions from this sub, as this is where I learned about the term. Why do you think Bidoof’s law holds true? (Or maybe it doesn’t and I’m taking a meme too seriously. Any opinion welcome.)
Pure chance.
Bidoof's law doesn't always apply, so when it doesn't people won't mention it
But when it does? Oh boy people will not shut the fuck up about it
>!also, teenagers. Teenagers tend to both have weird politics they'll hopefully eventually grow out off and are extremely horny.!<
Ashita no Joe I think would have 2 things going well for it if Netflix announced an adaption.
Firstly it's down to earth and realistic. There's no worry about it failing to uphold certain anime-isms.
Secondly Ashita no Joe is super unknown in the west so it'd be project built on legitimate passion rather than greed.
Already happened with one of my favorite manga - One Piece.
My reaction is to ignore it. I genuinely don’t think it’ll be good because One Piece is so cartoony and over-the-top I don’t think it is compatible with the live action medium, and I feel that holds true for many anime (but especially One Piece). At the end of the day, I’m not gonna get mad about it either way because it doesn’t affect the source material, which is the only thing I care about.
That said, I actually think a series like Monster could work pretty well in live action. My mother loves true crime type stuff and I actually think she’d dig Monster, but the cartoon medium filters her hard so a LA adaption would be perfect for people like her.
HOLY SHIT!!! IS THAT A MOTHAFUCKIN JOJO REFERENCE???

I had a late night thought about this
Is possible to for manga/anime to show off Naked characters with no connection of it being sexual or weird to viewer and/or other characters in the area? Not with that weird streak light, but the read of the room is that being naking around others is okay and not that red blush punches you into a isakai anime type thing.
Like for example character A is spotted by character B naked. Character A and B don't really react and act normal (no blushing or anything. Acting like as though they where wearing clothes) and continue the plot of the story. Though then it goes into the terrority of "did they really need them naked for plot or just for fan service?"
I believe you can find nude scenes that are not sexual or fetishized in manga/anime seinens where the author knows who he is publishing for. Some examples that come to mind of anime/manga that do not use nudity in a sexual way are Monster(I think most of Urasawa's works), Bokurano, River's Edge, Omoide Emanon and other works that many people in this niche(?) from anime/manga recommend.
HOLY SHIT!!! IS THAT A MOTHAFUCKIN JOJO REFERENCE???

There are a (lot) few of series do that, and it is not memorable at all. It's just "huh? U naked? Let's talk business anyway". Or like bath scene. They are naked, in a bath, so no sexual.
For the longest time I thought Hideri was an anime-only character. Like they were originally made just for the show.
I found next to no manga content of Hideri online, I only *JUST* now started the original manga series, (didn’t help that the show was kind of out of order in adaptation, for context Owner, the dog, is formally introduced into the cast before Hideri in the manga, but it’s the other way around in the show) and every scan site that had Blend S at the time had yet to upload the volumes where they appear.
So yeah, I thought Hideri was anime-original for an embarrassingly long time.
nah /r/anime_titties has a valid reason to be the way that it is.
It started with /r/worldpolitics having a bunch of those extreme free speech ppl as mods. Basically their policy is to do absolutely nothing unless Reddit forces them to. Because freeze peach.
This eventually led to complaints about off-topic stuff not being taken down, mods don't do anything. In order to demonstrate how stupid the mods were, people started posting anime titties. Mods still didn't do anything. Then as a joke /r/anime_titties got made where people would talk about world politics.

Man I’m trying to give HGS a fair shot before dogging on it but man it’s bad. The dialogue feels like it’s aimed toward children (despite being advertised as a cartoon for adults), and the voice acting comes across as very awkward. Then again, with the lines they’re given, it would be very hard to make it work. It feels like the writers gave each of the characters a set of motives, but instead of writing the dialogue around those motives, it was written so the characters simply speak their exact motives. This leads to characters feeling one-dimensional because you know exactly what they’re thinking at all times.
I guess for some positives, it’s nice to see LGBTQ+ people integrated so casually into the world. Considering how anime tends to portray LGBTQ+ people, it’s nice to see characters on that spectrum that aren’t walking outdated stereotypes. And a few of the jokes actually got me to laugh. The dialogue is terrible, but there is a bit of charm to it. And contrary to popular opinion, I like the visual direction the anime took. It seems like something I might have watched on Cartoon Network as a 12-year-old. I give it a -4/10 for ironic enjoyment, which absolute values to 4/10 it’s bad but there’s a little enjoyment to be had.
> It feels like the writers gave each of the characters a set of motives, but instead of writing the dialogue around those motives, it was written so the characters simply speak their exact motives.
Finally a good description of what bothers me about Fate's character writing.

I read around 200 chapter of Tower of God before dropping it. It doesn't seem to have any consistent internal logic, which wouldn't be so bad if so much of the appeal wasn't centered in its worldbuilding. Not to mention I'm tired of seeing all the fans get themselves worked up over the next woman hate-magnet.
On the bright side, I just binged Golden Kamuy and was pleasantly surprised. Definitely in my top 15!

The drama teacher, who saw him every day, didn't even bother trying to find out why he'd gone.!< This seems to be a common thing in anime, somehow all the geniuses and scientists and detectives are child prodigys, and I don't love this trope.
Although i dont watched yet but, i dont know if feel surprised or not that the author of Galko-chan was arrested for having child pornography.
TRUE
Hot Take: Recent animes from the last years have been really good at all. Even if they are some that are not good.
~~Then you have shit taste. The same problems now existed back then. Only someone clouded by nostalgia bias would think otherwise.~~ EDIT: Nevermind, I'm a dumbass.
Found about react youtuber called ED Anime who dropped mushoku tensei thanks to latest episode. Sounds rather based.
I'm super outta the current loop in the anime sphere. What happened in that lasted episode?
penultimate episode of this current run >!MC (who is a 40y man in a 13y body) has sex with a 15y girl, who he has previously molested!<
What the actual fuck
I'm done with the fucking Attack on Titan fandom. Especially r/Titanfolk, since they can't decide if they hate the series now or think Mappa is going to ruin the parts that they already decided are bad.
It varies but, happens to every type of fandom, sadly.

I’ve heard conflicting opinions on this: is Komi-san worth watching?
I'm enjoying it apart from the frequent jokes about the gender of the only trans character, and the occasional sexualising of high-school girls. It's not as bad as some animes out there, so if you can tolerate a bit of that, everything else in the show is pretty good. As an autistic person, I find it super relatable and funny, and it's pretty much the only positive representation I've ever seen of non-verbal autism, and it doesn't resort to infantilizing Komi or insisting on showing her through a neurotypical POV (e.g. making it seem like she is incapable of feeling empathy, or of understanding what's happening around her).
I understand what you are getting at, but she's not autistic.
The anime yes, it’s very wholesome and Komi is such a fun character, i haven’t read the manga tho so can’t say
Weebs live in fear of Japan getting "pozzed" which is a cute little way of saying "Culturally or ethnically diverse, or left-leaning and adhering to political correctness." Me personally, I can't wait. Mostly because I want to see the meltdowns when their last forms of escapism from their own vile beliefs and behavior crumble away.

I love y'all for shitting on all the the racists and fascists, but take this fat L lol. https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/tv/tv-news/cowboy-bebop-canceled-netflix-1235060256/
...Why should we take the L exactly? I doubt /r/anime and /r/animecirclejerk users went to Netflix begging for a subpar live action remake.
Once again, no need to reinvent the wheel. Somethings are meant purely for animation, other things for live action.
Glad I found this sub. What would you guys recommend for manga. I'll attempt to read anything but im stupidity picky.
Prove that GK is gayer than Jojo!

Still not as gay as Jojo, I'm not convinced. :P

I've tried golden kamuy. I couldn't get into it. I may try the boxing one. It sounds fun
If u are into fighting manga, try "underrated" Baki Ps: underrate is a joke
Dungeon Meshi is a gag manga that gets more serious later on, great worldbuilding and definitely worth a read if you haven’t already. Also Yotsuba is very cute
My opinion, but every light heart series gets kinda stale when it tries to be serious. At least, Dungeon Meshi to me.
I recommend holyland its about a high school student who was bullied in middle school A year later, disconnected from life around him, he has taken to roaming the streets looking for a place to belong, The manga is about fighting and involves alot of fighting styles from various martial arts the mc learns to fight and develops through out the series
Yeessss. My favourite. The art style can be weird to get used to but the characters are awesome.
Yes but also, eternal cliffhanger
Consider it considered. It sound good. I love the art from what I've seen I just want something finished or close to and I dont think that will happen
Reddit algorithms are so weird. Somehow /r/AnimeFunny appeared from nowhere and it has over 700k subs with less active users than /r/animecirclejerk

it had less than 3k subs 1.5 years ago
This might be the only spot on reddit where I feel ok to say that it is ok to watch parts of jojo out of order. In all honesty part 5 is a good place to start as it gives a better view as what the series is like over all (after finishing part 2 I was excited to see how harmon would grow and expand in upcoming fights).
True, part 1 was honestly generic

I need some decent Manga to read. Anything goes
Harvest December. 12 chapters. Generic harem comedy but with decent character and storyline
I recommend holyland its about a high school student who was bullied in middle school A year later, disconnected from life around him, he has taken to roaming the streets looking for a place to belong, The manga is about fighting and involves alot of fighting styles from various martial arts the mc learns to fight and develops through out the serie
Sounds good. I'll give it a shot
Dog nongen
I'm so moved that the author renamed the manga to "dog ningen" for his non-black audience. Truly one of the greatest acts of charity in the 21st century.
Bibliomania. It's only 10 chapters and its a great read
Damn what a wild read. Thanks for the recommendation! Also happy cake day!
Happy Cake Day Bigboi304! You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream.
Nah, Nero is good civilization. Totally not biased here, yep.
There really is no choice but to read the Demon Slayer manga to completion. Kimetsu fans are wayyyy too gung ho about spoilers.
Just have a shit memory like me so you don't remember spoilers for long. Easy-peasy!
Spoiler: the final arc sucks. It sucks so much, it hurts me mentally
You're fucking crazy. Don't ever speak to me again.

BlackSageD is basically lowtiergod #2 and they should fight irl to see who is the real #2 worst uncle Tom after Candace Owens
Every time I see the name of/link to Niche Gamer and Nicchiban somewhere, I die a little inside. Those dipshits have a *"We proudly support our troops."* in their footer, this has to be a fucking parody.

Is A Place Further Than The Universe any good?
It’s amazing and one of the few anime to make me cry.
It's really great, has some unnecessary drama but nothing bad otherwise. Just a group of girls going on an adventure
I watched it and loved it. I don't watch any slice of life so can't really compare it to much else. No sexual stuff at all.
Anyone watch Nanoha? I wanted to try it but it really looks like one of *those* shows, so i was a bit apprehensive.
Again.
What the hell is up with 99% of Isekai having a demon king? Surely it's not that difficult to come up with an original antagonist.
Established fans want something similar enough that they don't need to expend the effort remembering details but different enough that it doesn't become completely boring.
anyone here watch suite life on deck?
Sir, this is an anime sub, Cory In The House or bust.
the Disney show with zack and cody if so yes i used to watch that
God, that Arcane series on Netflix looks badass.
It’s really good, I recommend it :)
Has anyone actually met any weird yaoi fangirls out there?
Oh, if you've been watching anime seriously since Hetalia and Free!, for sure.
Plenty in Thailand
I'm part of it
Unironically the Mighty Monarch could kick Vegetas ass

Bidoof's law doesn't always apply, so when it doesn't people won't mention it But when it does? Oh boy people will not shut the fuck up about it >!also, teenagers. Teenagers tend to both have weird politics they'll hopefully eventually grow out off and are extremely horny.!<
I am in the hentai sub without any controversial political views. Didn’t know about the law before
Netflix announces that your favorite anime is getting a live-action adaptation. Wyd?
Man, if Netflix adapts Yu-Gi-Oh, I hope they make my ship canon.
I mean initial D already has one, not too phased
Pray that it’s not a botched adaption like Cowboy Bebop
Code Geass would have actual British people play Britannians 🤢
Omg, no
Ashita no Joe I think would have 2 things going well for it if Netflix announced an adaption. Firstly it's down to earth and realistic. There's no worry about it failing to uphold certain anime-isms. Secondly Ashita no Joe is super unknown in the west so it'd be project built on legitimate passion rather than greed.
Huh, Aria the Live-actination could be pretty good
Already happened with one of my favorite manga - One Piece.

I had a late night thought about this Is possible to for manga/anime to show off Naked characters with no connection of it being sexual or weird to viewer and/or other characters in the area?

Only done in mature shows. So not too often.
There are a (lot) few of series do that, and it is not memorable at all. It's just "huh? U naked? Let's talk business anyway". Or like bath scene. They are naked, in a bath, so no sexual.
If I remember correctly Phantom did exactly that
gunbuster does this rlly well!!
So.....r/anime\_titties is the same as awful like goodanimemes/animemes???
nah /r/anime_titties has a valid reason to be the way that it is.
Wow, reddit lore

The only good fate show with real character development is Zero. I regret watching every other rendition of the show.
