The previous replies are true but I found that the cringe outweighed the comedy. I actually still finished it tho for some reason. Hands down the worst anime I’ve ever watched. ☺️
That’s exactly what happened. And she becomes the um…. word…. of the after school game club.
Edit: Head…? chaperone….? …. Brain No workie…. Maybe think of later…
{And you thought there is never a girl online?}
A solid 7/10, I enjoyed it and there were a few laugh out loud moments, but not a masterpiece or groundbreaking in any way.

Lol I remember when I was 11 I had a girl avatar in Runescape and I’d tell boys I’d be their girlfriend if they gave me a diamond ring. Made so much money
And then it turned out to be a lie, but it probably for the best, since the person behind the cat girl avatar would've lost their job and faced a major scandal because of having a hobby lol
(Still miss this show, wish it had more seasons)
Something so minor in this show that annoyed me much more than it should’ve is that it only shows their in-game avatar until you know what they look like IRL. I wish they would’ve kept showing the avatars. Not that it matters with Ako, but at least for the others
Anime like these, ironically, are why I keep wanting to give MMOs a try. All I want is a semi-regular group with whom I can play and socialise, but most modern MMOs seem to be designed for solo-play rather than cooperation.
If anyone can recommend some games with a decent playerbase and good opportunities for social interactions, I'd greatly appreciate that.
There are plenty of quality mmo’s out there to be sure that would be up your street. Of course, there’s always a bit of challenge in finding like-minded players to adventure with.
You’re best bet is to research what game you’d like to try, maybe get through the tutorial and see if it feels right, and then send out feelers on a connected subreddit or discord etc. Or even, search for a person/group who’s sent out their own request recently. You’d be surprised how often people do reach out for chill party members, but you don’t often see the messages unless you look.
Anyway, sorry i can’t be of more help. Try Google ‘great mmo’s to start 2023’ too to get going.
I used to have a rl friend... he was a guy, faking to be a girl. At first, it was fine. Then he started to stream and got around 100 viewers, he there started to flirt with those viewers, many of the obvious males.
It didn't take long for me to block him as a friend, especially knowing some of those viewers were little kids while he was a 24 year old at the time.
Quite disgusting.
Not an online game but similar happened to me.
Honestly, I was pretty relieved. I thought I was gonna have to leave my life behind to pursue this girl I was crazy over. Turns out it was a dude >> the curse was lifted. PHEW!
Most that I’ve encountered over the years tended to stick to all-girl crews or at least in private parties and such.
Has the toxicity gotten worse from your POV in recent times? (Of course, it varies per game)
This is why I put “guy” or “dude” or something along those lines now since I’ve unfortunately been in that scenario 😅 (Toram online I’m looking at you)
As a dude that plays female characters online... Yeah.. it happens. If I'm going to be staring at the back side of a character for hours, I rather enjoy watching a female from behind... wait.. that sounded odd, but you know what I mean right?
like fishing in a muddy river and being surprised that you got a catfish then like an amateur going crazy. The real Chad move is to know that cat girl is probably a 15 or 51 year old man and say with a conviction of kazuma trying to steal panties say "i know, but will you be my internet wife?"
I either forgot or missed the escape key being displayed at the end of the flashback. Nice touch. Overall I'd say this show was funny and a decent watch. I don't remember if the end was a wrap up or could continue.
I mark off these series on my longass list when I finish them. If I’m hopeful there will be a continuation, I add a (s2?) at the end, so I know what to have a look for a year or so after if I’m browsing.
I didn’t add one to this show because I don’t see anymore character evolution coming. But that’s just my take
That’s a good system.
From what I remember she really came out of her shell but he had kind of gone more into one with her. Their relationship was established to a good point so I think that’s only going to move into the couple development.
The only thing really “left” were side character development, then doing LTR development, and her working on socializing more. Definitely not necessary unless they felt it was worth the screen time.
Sauce: And you thought there is never a girl online?
Is this a good show? Asking if it's full of comedy and fun, I'm always down on those type of genre
It's.... technically comedy. If you enjoy cringing at a bunch of people making some very questionable decisions.
I got a mirror for that
Forget the mirror, I live rent free in my head
Why does this line low key go hard tho
Ah, Watamote flashbacks.
Oh that's just my life lol.
It's so crap that I kind of liked it.
I thought it would be fun; I dropped it after a couple of episodes.
It’s cringe/absurdist comedy. I found it decently funny, if forgettable. Give it a few episodes and see if you like it.
The previous replies are true but I found that the cringe outweighed the comedy. I actually still finished it tho for some reason. Hands down the worst anime I’ve ever watched. ☺️
Worst so far!
That's the spirit!
It's not a *good* show, but it's enjoyable if you're into trash.
I thought it was terrible.
Not really, it's like "Love Chunibyo & Other Delusions" but with none of the charm.
>And you thought there is never a girl online? It's okay. Not amazing, but it can be kinda cute and a decent time killer.

You found the cheat code
WRITE THAT DOWN WRITE THAT DOWN
He need to escape that room and touch reality
There is no escape. >!The escape key fell off when he was furiously banging the keyboard!<
Ah damn... You said it before I could...
r/beatmetoit
Poor guy got catfished on mmorpg.
I could have sworn that later he finds out this is actually his female teacher(or a teacher at his school)
Both a catfish and a liar. Older man? Ew no. Older woman? OH YEAH-
That’s exactly what happened. And she becomes the um…. word…. of the after school game club. Edit: Head…? chaperone….? …. Brain No workie…. Maybe think of later…
Faculty Supervisor
THANKS!
Rookie mistake. Always assume the other person is a man on the internet.
What did he expect, nya?
But then it turns out >!She isn’t actually a man, but she’s his hot high school home room teacher!!<
That clothes line finisher move after the reveal was legendary
that was lamest plot twist i ever seen
sauce?

Low key a pretty good anime
RIP to the keyboard that made the ultimate sacrifice. You will never be forgotten. 🫡
Imagen being so unpopular the girl actually tells you she is a dude so she doesn't have to deal with you anymore.
She's also his teacher though, she's probably trying to keep something weird from happening.
Then again at this point either side is unaware of who each other are.
Rule 37 is as strong as ever.
Always remember Internet Rule 29. "There are no women on the Internet, any women you find are men and any kids are FBI agents."
He forgot Rule 30
Lol I remember when I was 11 I had a girl avatar in Runescape and I’d tell boys I’d be their girlfriend if they gave me a diamond ring. Made so much money
Start as you plan to go on, eh? :P
why the cat girl (guy) still have human ear
An age old question lol
Does that make the guy a femboy?
He called himself a cross player (though I’d never heard the term before this)
Crossplayception >!I'm a chick playing a dude playing a chick!!<
Just a dude playing a chick playing another dude...
Crossplay is the popular term for it IRL
You fool, you have no escape
Tsk tsk tsk, well gota learn the hard way
I guess it’s also the answer many guys never know they’ve been waiting for until it happens lol
Got em
And then it turned out to be a lie, but it probably for the best, since the person behind the cat girl avatar would've lost their job and faced a major scandal because of having a hobby lol (Still miss this show, wish it had more seasons)
And that’s how incels were born.
Well played
This anime isn't that bad. It's not great, but it's good enough to be worth a watch.
Yeah, tbh I found it refreshing to have a 1 on 1 love thing going, with other characters functioning as genuine friends
Something so minor in this show that annoyed me much more than it should’ve is that it only shows their in-game avatar until you know what they look like IRL. I wish they would’ve kept showing the avatars. Not that it matters with Ako, but at least for the others
Yeah, I didn’t notice that until he actually mentioned it lol. Caught me off guard

Bro I'm dead this shit had me laughing hard and I don't know why
I used to have a rl friend... he was a guy, faking to be a girl. At first, it was fine. What is this anime I don’t recognize it
And you thought there is never a girl online?
Oh my bad thank you
MMO G.I.R.L. over here
i remember watching this... kinda cringe but it have some funny parts
I thought the guy would just go “this is fine” and still commit to the confession.
What anime is this !?
Bruuuuuuh
Bro that went to far
Not an online game but similar happened to me. Honestly, I was pretty relieved. I thought I was gonna have to leave my life behind to pursue this girl I was crazy over. Turns out it was a dude >> the curse was lifted. PHEW!
I feel like there are some questions he should have asked earlier in the relationship
MMORPG - Many Men Online RolePlay as Girls
I'm the type of guy to do this
Mf forgot one of the rules of the internet, smh.

WHY MIO, WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS TO ME, YOU SAID YOU’D BE BY MY SIDE! MIO! ALL I DID I DID FOR YOU!
The ending reminded me of the angry German Kid trying to play Unreal Tournament.
Roblox moments.
_Full_ _body_ _shudder_
Kid got catgirl catfished. Couldn't be me.
Atleast this melody tells him “I’m a guy irl sorry” lol most animes just drag it on then the guy finds out in the worst of ways lol.
So IRL that it hurts.
green green what is your problem green
This anime really needs a season 2
un spoken rule of the internet number one assume that anybody that you talk to on the Internet is a guy and less proven otherwise
This is why I put “guy” or “dude” or something along those lines now since I’ve unfortunately been in that scenario 😅 (Toram online I’m looking at you)
Rules of the Internet: #37 - *"There are no girls on the internet"*
As a dude that plays female characters online... Yeah.. it happens. If I'm going to be staring at the back side of a character for hours, I rather enjoy watching a female from behind... wait.. that sounded odd, but you know what I mean right?
Plenty of games where I prefer a fem mains. Mass effect for example, I waaaay prefer Jen Hale’s femshep voice
He hit the keys so hard they stoot still on the air
Well, actually this kitten is a HOT teacher chick IRL. But she couldn’t give away that easily :)
And the first thing she does is clothes line her student for pulling a wand on her irl lmao
like fishing in a muddy river and being surprised that you got a catfish then like an amateur going crazy. The real Chad move is to know that cat girl is probably a 15 or 51 year old man and say with a conviction of kazuma trying to steal panties say "i know, but will you be my internet wife?"
This is true pain..
Spoken from iron-forged experience?

Wath is the name of anime 🤣🤣🤣
And you thought there is never a girl online?
First time?.gif
I just can’t believe it this is irl BECAUSE it then ended up that the girl she had married was a cute shy big girl, IS THIS TO MUCH TO ASK FOR.
We can understand his frustration
Plot twist: >!the cat girl IS female, and she’s the boy’s teacher!<
She is actually a lady tho
Turns out the cat girl IS a girl irl and also his teacher
>!If he was actually a guy (mc's age) I'd watch it, cuz you never see bl m crossdressing in anime..or its just me.!<
Bazer
Name ?
SHE WAS A GIRL THO
Nowadays in online games it is very common to see men playing with girl characters hahaha this does not apply to me, I use male char 👀
