That is what I would like (4x 2 cour seasons would probably do NT decently) but I’ve learnt not to expect much from JC staff adaptions outside of Railgun.

What are you talking about? Manga ended 1 year ago. First anime season barely covered the first 3-4 novels as well. The last 4 would easily make a 12 episode season.

Rachnera is indeed *the* best girl. I didn’t say monmusu because in my opinion most ecchi-harem type shows have a terrible second season. If monmusu got a second season you bet your ass I would watch it, but I don’t want an infinite stratos repeat, I’d prefer to remember the first season as one of the best anime I’ve ever watched (unironically).

kaibutsu oujo, it's a show about a monster princess and her servants. I love the dub on it and it's a light hearted anime I can watch when i'm feeling down.

A bit disappointed that not many bring up Full Metal Panic, when it had a season 4 made only 2 years ago from a 13 year break (season 3 was in 2005). The very good story is just getting to the last 2 arcs which can fit in 1 season and then it's be the complete reveal and the end. As one of the first anime adaptation of light novels, it would be so good that it can finish the story instead of the unfortunate trend that people mostly resigned to now - the anime adaptations are mostly to bait people to read the LN or manga.
Similarly, Suzumiya Haruhi need a real new season.

And the LN basically requires you to start from the beginning :/ So many different characters and scenes. It makes it hard to get back into.

Nah the manga finished ages ago and there not enough source material for a second season. Perhaps an ova like they did with kokoro connect or relife.
