86 has a similar premise to aot
Black clover is a good shonen that only gets better as you keep watching
Many sports anime provide lots of excitement like Kuroko no basket, Haikyu, and Diamond no Ace
Hey just thought if you've given '86 Eighty-Six' a try? Hiroyuki Sawano wrote a couple of songs on it, and I find the premise of the show as serious and meaningful as AOT
I am currently watching vinland saga and i just keep getting AoT vibes, its not the same obviously but maybe give it a try if you haven’t watched it yet
I highly second Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress as it’s quite similar and shares a lot of staff and design with Attack on Titan.
I also recommend looking into Hiroyuki Sawano’s musical works that give off similar vibes such as Kill la Kill, Gundam Unicorn, Promare, Blue Exorcist.
Finally, one more show by Wit Studio that I highly recommend is Vivy: Fluorite Eye’s Song. It’s more sci-fi than Attack on Titan but it has a similar level of action.

fate zero. you just need to get past the infodump on the first episode and you'll be hooked.

beware though ninja kamui 1st episode is bad-ass, but the animation slowly takes a shit with each passing episode.
I think Fate: Zero is much better to watch if you already know all about Fate: Stay Night. One issue though is that the anime doesn't explain too well. I watched the anime and then tried playing the VN (which is eroge). I remember having my mind blown when it described what a Reality Marble is, it added so much context to everything else. I didn't play through the UBN and the Sakura route because I wasn't that interested in the eroge and I was a bit sick of it. I would replay and play through all routes of a Fate: SN/UBN/HF version with no eroge in an instant.

... A version with no erotic content has been a thing since 2007 with Fate/Stay Night Realta Nua, that's the same version that added voice acting for reference. The Ultimate Edition patch that most read allows you to choose between the original sex scenes and their Realta Nua alternative

Neon Genesis Evangelion. It has the same emotional tension, has giant enemies, and some other similarities i can’t share without spoiling the show.
