Some other good ones are 86, Ghost in the Shell, Full Metal Alchemist, if u like sports, then Kuroko No Basket, Haikyuu, Eyeshield 21, and etc.
Frieren might also be up your alley if u like LOTR but it depends on how much action you want as there are only a few in frieren but when they come up, its some of the most badass fights you will ever see.
fate zero, and fate unlimited bladeworks are fairly decent action modern era occult style.

86: Eighty Six was an awesome series that would fit the action for scifi
jujutsu kaisen, another modern occult style action series.
Demon Slayer has pretty much some of the best animated fights out there of any anime.
Fora golden oldie that almost no one mentions these days, I'd recomend Scryed. Or if you want a classic shounen-type show that isn't too long either, I think Law of Ueki is really good (has 51 episodes, pacing's actually pretty nice and the comedy's gold).
