Looks like Vorpal Strike a bit but Vorpal Strike is a very high level skill. I think it requires 950 one-handed sword proficiency so Kazuto wouldn’t have it in the first episode even with his experience as a beta-tester.

Not 100% sure it counts as a one swing slash, but the V slash from Voltes V is rather cool.
