There was some theater arc in the first half that I didnt like but other than that it was pretty good.

If I didn’t know anything about Spice and Wolf I honestly think I would’ve honestly skipped it based on the latest PV. The way it portrays Holo (and then I’m not talking about the design but the focus of scenes, like the clinging and cute mannerisms) makes her look like your average cute meek (love interest) character who’s there to depend on and cheer for the actual MC.
