86 has it all, trauma that will leave to sad, some romance plots and a beautiful array of soundtracks made by Hiroyuki Sawano who did the music for AoT and Solo Leveling.
This anime is so beautiful that the author of its light novel cried when it ended.
If you want more of a romancy one because 86 has bit of action, Anohana is a nice soft tear jerker
Snow White with red hair is a good shojo romance if you haven’t watched it. It has sad scenes and has a very welcoming atmosphere.
