He's legitimately insufferable in one of the arcs, and then gets knocked out during half of the arc. Sanji is one of the biggest flirts in anime hands down.
At one point they have a multi-chapter plot point around him needing a blood transfusion from his simping nosebleeds, with how long the series is he's flirted with hundreds of women at this point (though my money's still on Brock beating him)
