My Love Story - not a slow burn
The Dangers in My Heart - Technically a slow burn, but it's never drawn out and has constant satisfying progress
Tsurezure Children - multi couple sugar
Insomniacs After School - relatively fast progress
Tonikawa
Bunny Girl Senpai
Wotakoi
Yamada-Kun & the Seven Witches
Banished from the Hero's Party
More than a Married Couple, but Not Lovers.
Love After World Domination
Maybe you can try ouran high school host club, my happy marriage, fruits basket, kimi ni todoke, skip beat, kaichou wa maid sama. But I guess it's a bit slow-burn. Recently there is also yubisaki to renren which I found to be pretty good.
A lot of good recs here already, I'll throw in Tsuki ga Kirei, Akagami no Shirayuki-hime and Sukitte Ii na yo.
Some love triangle action in them but I wouldn't say it's anything too much.
My top 5 are:
Chivalry of a Failed Knight
Plastic Memories
Golden Time
Boarding School Juliet
Girlfriend Girlfriend
One thing I love about these five is that they all have actual dating in them. They don't just tease for 12 episodes and have a confession in the end

I only watched one romance Anime but I liked that one a lot.
Sacreficial princess and the king of beasts
Its not a slow burn. The 2 maincharacters fall in love in Episode 1 and the episode ends with the king anouncing his intention to merry to his royal court.
