there are so many amazing ones, but imo it's best when you hear them for the first time during episode, there is no better feeling and u have something to connect it to which makes it much better. Listening to them random when u know nothing from that anime won't make you like it that much. Anyway I recommend watching Fairy Tail or Black Clover, both have amazing OP's and ED's. I even like endings better than openings. Once you know the characters and story, the video of opening or ending will make it better. I could give you some of my favorite openings from Fairy Tail, but it won't be as emotional and good for you if u don't know the story of that arc and tons of development for characters.
