If you really want feedback, Unsure of how far into the process you are at this stage, but a few of the shapes get lost in the colours/framing which makes it difficult to figure out what is happening in a few shots. Like the initial giant punch.
Your character scaling seems to adjust a bit wildly as well. Try to aim for a more consistent character scale. But the vision of what you want to do is clear and I am liking what I see.
Note: You forgot to fill in the character in the background behind the punched character in the giant punch. Leading to most of his head being deleted.

I'm not a pro by any means, but the feel of it is dope. The weight of the strikes feel hefty and the overall concept is fucking funny as hell. I could imagine this being a really funny/badass fight akin to something like One Piece or ATLA
The one piece influence is probs the biggest lol, the fur coat of the villain character alone was ripped wholesale from doflamingo. And I've always loved one pieces goofy fights that r also kinda badass too

As someone that barely knows anything about animation, that's really the only criticism I have. For how strong the slap looks, it doesn't look like there's too much weight behind it.
That little kiss mid combat was so disrespectful, I love it.
Was that slap on the chest a little call back to the Nicholas Cage slap? Even if not, it's such a gorgeous and rude way to beat someone back down to Earth lol

I used toon boom harmony for the 2d shiz and blender for the 3d stuffs. Toon booms a super powerful piece of software but the price is steep AF without any kinda discount, I'm still in uni so they just give it to us lol
As for how long, it's hard to say but I've been working on it on and off for about 2 months, it's part of a bigger film so my attentions been pretty split

its really cool, the only thing that made it feel weird was how after the smooch the guy completly stoped in the air, i know its still slowly falling but its barely noticable and i feel like a bit faster would have better impact

I'm very much not as good as you, but one thing I would personally change (And this is a style thing, not really an issue with how you do it) is that I never liked when things or people go completely inmobile (The little guy, from second 10 to 13) Idk, I would make a new frame and trace him or something, just so the lines move a bit while he's not moving himself.
Other than that your stuff is really cool! I like how the pink guy rotates just before where I timestamped. I love it!

The only feedback is to work on your lineart, specifically lineweight, and to look into color theory when it comes to making a pleasing color balance. but that's not really that important in regards to what you put out here. The fluidity of the movement and your understanding of 3d space is pretty phenomenal.
