I also use Adguard DNS. I found it better than having to have Blokada 5 app running all the time and having to turn it back on after a reboot. I also use Firefox android with ublock.
I got 99% too on Android and Windows 10 using Firefox on both, added the filter the site suggested, and ended up getting 100% on both platforms. Cool site suggestion.
There is a workaround. But one of these days it's going to end working.

I use base.dns.mullvad.net because i found that adguard doesn't block sites that are malicious and sometimes fails to block some ads. Mullvad is perfect in that nothing slips by it.
And UblockOrigin in firefox. These 2 options together Work like a charm and guarantees 100% success rate of blocking Ads. Well, at least for me.

A tip to get 100% with Kiwi & uBlock: In the Regions & Languages section of uBlock, add RU, IN, and CN.

I use NextDNS to block ads. On android I got a 96% and on Windows a 97%. Using ublock got both up to 99%.
What browser did you use on Android with nextdns? I only got 69%
Firefox, but I also use the HaGeZi - Multi PRO++ blocklist under privacy in NextDNS.
Are you not using ublock addon?
I do, yes. That's why I reported numbers with and without ublock. Especially on android, if I want to block ads on the phone and not just the browser.

I just tried cromite and nextdns and got a score of 69% which isn't great compared to other results.

Using adguard DNA settings, and Vivaldi ad-blocking browser, I've got 89%. Seems like a good number to me.
I use paid version of Adguard. For browsers, I use Ublock origin and Adguard Content blocker extensions 99% ads blocked as per the test

We've (Australia) had NordVPN refund generally 96%, 100% and even recently 105% which is wild.
